The people in this store are awesome! I was having some difficulties with figuring out why my packages were not left at my door. I had called the main UPS number and I could not get a human to help me (the automated features could not help me and it would not let me get to a human, rather it just hung up on me). If you want to feel what it is like to be robbed by people that are seemingly nice. I have found your store! I wish I would've read other reviews before shipping my valuables from this location. Items were lost/ (probably stolen), items were also damaged. There is a distinct chemical smell from my valuables that actually made it to the destination. I would have to assume all this was done on purpose. The two people working provided no empathy for the damage my items received. I have been provided no refund or any type of restitution for them damaging and misplacing/stealing my items. YOU literally ship from here at your own risk. read more

Very, very unhappy with UPS right now. I was shipped a laptop recently via an education program and they got my address wrong; I live in an apartment building and the senders left out my apartment. My office does not accept packages that don't have apartment numbers on them so you would assume in this case the driver would return it to the sender, right? Well on the "proof of delivery" report it says it was delivered to my front door with a driver release. How would that be the case if they left out my apartment number? But instead of returning my package to the sender like a sensible person, it seems the driver decided to make off with my package. DO NOT USE UPS FOR ANYTHING OF VALUE EVER. read more

If I could give them "0" stars I would. I bought new skis and and bindings and took them to this UPS store to ship, where I watched them package and address everything. Over a week later my skis arrive but no bindings. I start to try and track the bindings and only get "your package encountered an exception" long story short, someone working here stole my bindings. As they found "an empty, unsealed box" in the back of their store. UPS told me I am responsible for it as the people who worked this store marked "self packaged" on my receipt....idiots, when clearly I had paid for packaging and watched them package things...my skis arrived in a UPS box. The managers story changed so many times, its clear something was going on. I have never been treated or spoken to in a more condescending manner. I even filed with the Denver BBB. Visited this location on 12/21 to send out my parents Christmas presents. According to the tracking a week later, the box is still in the store. When I called this morning to find out what was going on, spoke with a Jessica who identified herself as the manager. She was rude and aggressive. She told me the box was not in the store (she never asked for the tracking number), but that I could come in and check out video footage? Of what? I have a receipt. She asked what time I was there, and what I was wearing?! It was a week ago! Why does it matter what I was wearing?! Where the heck are my parents Christmas presents?! Will be following up in person tomorrow with the owner. I've been to this store before, staff has always been super nice. UPS STORE AT 700 COLORADO BLVD. Recently, I needed to make a photo array for a memorial service for a much-beloved family member. Denisa and the whole staff went out of their way to help me achieve what I needed, discussing all the options, guiding me in the preparation of the electronic files to get the best results, printing samples for me and in general being so kind and sympathetic. I usually dont take the time to write reviews but this one is a must. This UPS store has treated me like family and I cannot recommend the folks that work here more. I have a business that I rented a mailbox here for over a year and a half. I had one issue with shipping a table that was damaged when it arrived at the destination. Dawn, the owner, took care of the issue and I was refunded the entire amount it cost to ship the table. Every employee new my name, knew my mailbox number and offered help each and every time I went in. Stores are fine - but the overall shipping service is terrible. Had 3 packages issues in the past 2 weeks. One was lost. One was re-routed to another company. Last one was sent back to sender. I was left BLANK sticky notes - without even description of package or if it was even my package. I had assumed they just stopped by to talk about missing package number one and missed me. Customer service could do absolutely nothing about anything except say- "we'll look into it." It's been 7 days and I still have yet to find out what they have looked into. Terrible service. Great experience at this UPS store, Dawn is fantastic!! I came in trying to deposit some checks but they wouldn't go through for some reason. At that point I expected to have to take them to a different store but instead Dawn, who had kept trying and trying to get them through, offered to mail them to the bank free of charge. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The people there are so very rude, and make you feel like dirt. They are not knowledgeable about shipping, and act as if they don't even care. I dropped off two different items to be shipped, simple. I get a call the next day from one of the recipients that her card read the wrong name. It seems in the time it took me to pay for my transaction and the items to be shipped they were completely messed up. I call the store that evening and someone tells me they will send call numbers and will fix everything; nothing has happened, nothing has been done and the girl who opened this gift got the "lesser" of the gifts and gets to see it. I still do not have a call or an answer and will never use this store or it's services. There are far too many stores like USPS and FEDEX that will make sure your packages go to the correct drop location. I as well as my two friends are still in limbo as to what is going on with their gifts; what an experience. NEVER AGAIN. *the items were gifts going to Denver and Castle Rock, I would assume the charges would be taken care of for the embarrassment and it was not the employee who took the packages. read more

I just wanted to share the great customer service experience I had at your UPS store. Denisa was helping me print the envelopes for my wedding invitations--a task of which apparently no other store I could find in Denver was capable. She knew I was in a time crunch, and worked very hard to get them to me as quickly as possible. When I returned to pick up the envelopes, I saw that my name was misspelled in the return address. Denisa immediately offered to find and purchase comparable envelopes, and have them reprinted the same day. She and the other staff worked very hard to find the closest envelopes, and provided me with several options. In the end, I decided to use the envelopes that matched the invitations and were already printed. But I was really impressed with the lengths Denisa and the other staff were willing to go to make sure my envelopes were perfect. I really appreciated her/their help! read more
