He was able to juggle multiple registers while providing great service to each customer- answered questions, provided detailed information, etc. He was also sensitive to me and others while we were waiting in line. The notary has the hand writing of a first grader! name is Nicholas James Bell. I was so mad when he started to scribble and kept writing over a mistake that he made. it looked really really messy. I asked him to write neater or start over on a fresh copy. He began to get frustrated and kept saying that his corrections didn't matter. Come on this is a legal document AND you're a notary! You're supposed to have legible writing! Good thing I had two copies with me. Besides, I'm paying you for the service. Have the decency to be professional and do a decent job. Come to think of it, this might actually be management's fault. You would think that they would check for handwriting and legibility before they hire the notary. read more

This is a horrible UPS for the most part. I try pretty hard to avoid this place, even though this is the closest store to me, which makes me kind of sad. Prices are abysmal as well. Probably come here for drop off only, don't recommend any of their services. read more

I have been coming here several times to drop off a UPS package here and there over the years. I also recently got my Live Scan Fingerprinting done here several months ago with no issues. Overall, I had great service during those times. It is true that sometimes the shipping cost at UPS is much higher compared to FedEx or USPS. You would just have to do your research and compare the prices before purchasing the shipping label. read more

This review is for a nice man named Mike. I came last week to pick up a box that my sister sent me for my baby. The place was super busy, and there was a gentleman working there that you can tell was a little stressed because it was so busy. He even had asked Mike for help, and Mike stopped what he was doing to help the gentleman. Mike called me over right after to help me, and within five minutes, I was out of there. I'm pregnant, so he even helped me carry the box to the car. Very amazing customer service, and I will definitely be back because of him. Employees are really nice and greet customers in friendly manner. But the Owner is n helpful and courteous at all. One time I had hard time putting the big heavy box from their counter table to their scale next to the cash register. She was right in front of me and even had eye contact with me while I was trying to lift up the box right on the scale. I just needed one hand for a couple of second. Today I went there again to drop off the big heavy box. (This is the nearest ups from where I live.)I put it on the scale and thought 'yey at least I don't need her help'. After she printed out the receipt she told me to carry the box back and put it in the corner near their mail boxes are. She saw me struggling carrying the box and now she telling me to carry it back again? I hope there's another ups store opening in diamond bar in the near future. read more

She greeted me when I walked in, gave some advice that saved me some money and was very pleasant. I have used them before for shipping and getting something notarized. I wouldn't recommend this place. Shipping will cost you double what it would normally cost you if you packaged your items and dropped them off at a distribution center. I should have paid 45 to 50 dollars from my ground shipping, but instead they charged me ~85 dollars. The employees may seem nice, but they will make fun of customers that don't want to pay their high shipping prices. They charged over 20 dollars for a cardboard box (12x12x18) and some bubble-wrap! read more

It's 10 times more expensive to print here! $1.5 for using the computer there, and $0.25 for each page you print. Straight up robbery. The front desk clerk seems not well-trained at all, it took her so long to figure out the total amount for the other customer so I waited soooo long to get my payment done, shocked by the high rate. read more

So we have our online orders delivered to this UPS store and pick them up whenever we are available without worrying someone might take it from our doorstep. The staffs at this store are friendly. I called this store spoke to a young lady and ask to speak to the notary so i could ask if they could notarize the form for my son becasue he was special needs and non verbal. Mr Young came on the phone I start to tell him ....HI, i have a special needs son with Autism do you happen to know what that is? all he had to say was yes or no. Mr Young said... how can i help you with that, i cant help you, What do you need in a condensed version ....he says in broken English. BTW my family is from another country so it has nothing to do with him being ESL. But that's why i asked him if he new what Autism was in case there was a language barrier, which i have no problem dealing with cause i am used to it. I took a deep breath and tried again. I am trying to explain I have a mentally disabled son who needs a form notarized can you notarize it becasue he is non verbal THEN he said he was not a notary...i said, i asked to speak to a notary ....Mr Young who i know IS a notary because he has notarized papers for me in the past says..... notary is not available anyways we cant help you and hung up on me! Horrible service!!! No customer service at all. They made SEVERAL BIG MISTAKES for notary. And never apologized. They just blame customer. I had to drive all the way to LA for three times because they didn't do right job. Only reason I used this place was because it is close to my house. But i will not go here anymore.
