I have been their customer for 3 years and extremely happy with their service. The staff is well trained and they try to serve me immediately. They have never lost any packages and go out of their way to help me. I am so thankful for them. Sometimes they do get busy but the staff juggles a couple of customers at a time to make sure that no one has to wait. There is always a smile on them and they always guide me and give me tips on how to make sure I never miss a UPs pickup even if I am running against time and have gone out of their way to hold the driver just to make sure I do not miss my pickup. read more

Just wanted to start off by thanking the owner/manager for her help today. We had a family member that went missing and needed copies for missing person flyers. I made the mistake of getting the amounts confused for b&w vs color prints and selected the color ones. The price after printing 100 copies was pretty steep (again my mistake) but luckily for Rita and her help, she worked with me and what I was able to afford. The Indian lady here needs to get fired. She doesn't know how to pull up a UPS account number to charge against the account. She kept insisting I have a packing label or I pay cash upfront. We argued for 10 minutes until I gave up. I went across the street to the UPS store in the Albertson's plaza and they processed it for me immediately. What should've been a simple task turned into the most frustrating mailing experience ever. She also charges to use their mailing tape when the other employees at the store do not. One strip of tape!! Do you value your customers or a 2" long piece of tape?? Unless you want your day ruined, skip this location and go across the street. read more

Very very upset with UPS and this UPS store. We shipped a 42 pound box of my daughter's clothes when she left for college out of state. The box never arrived, and the owner of this UPS store and UPS in general could not have been LESS helpful. Everyday we were told they were "investigating" the missing box and that they had 10 business days to conduct the investigation. Rita, the owner of the store, did not have anybody at UPS to talk to for more information. Nobody seemed to care that my college freshman daughter was at college with very few clothes! I finally spent hours trying to deal with UPS directly and got 3 different stories from 3 different "supervisors." I think somebody saw I insured the box and decided to help themselves to it. If you are thinking of shipping using UPS or this store, I'd reconsider. read more

I normally go here for their notary services and to drop off returns to Amazon. Usually I go here and my experience is ok, nothing out of the ordinary. But today, there was this young, white dude working the counter and he was very rude. I dropped off packages for Amazon for return and he said "you're all set " i asked for a receipt and he said "you didnt pay for it so you dont get a receipt. " i said i needed confirmation that i dropped it off. And he gave me attitude that its not a receipt but a tracking number. And he kept giving me attitude until he handed me the paper. He needs more training in customer service and not be a total d*ck to his customers. read more

the experience was only OK bc of the unnecessary wait time. I was really happy to be the only customer in the store but waited almost 40 minutes bc the lady wanted to help everyone after me who just wanted to send out packages. it wasnt until the last 2 customers who came in also requested livescan that i was finally helped. i was growing quite impatient but thought it was normal until the actual process was completed in less than 5 minutes. that infuriated me and felt it could have been handled better. i didnt mind waiting for 2 or 3 customers to be helped but after 20 minutes she should have just helped me since i was the first one through the door. instead, it was almost 35 minutes total...smdh. read more

The service was good, friendly and nice people. To top that off , notary service at $10 only . Most places are charging $15 and up. I used to have to pay for mobile notary , but now this made my life much easier (not to mention cheaper) since it's right next to my house . Thank god for UPS :) read more

After my review, Rita contacted me directly to address the price discrepancy and stated that she had contacted Corporate regarding the pricing. After explaining that the dimensions of the package would affect the pricing and directing me to how this is calculated on the UPS website, I found that the new price came out to $31.90 which is much closer to the $32.10 that I actually paid. I really appreciated that she took the time out to contact me to resolve the issue and even offered to offset any discrepancy. A true example of good customer service! I only wish that the UPS website was clearer in explaining that the dimensions of your package can almost double the pricing even if the package is the same weight. read more

This place is super great. I used to use another place off of Golden Springs Drive and Lemon, but really didn't get a good vibe there. I found this place and have never left. You know that they are good because they have a lot of return business and can sometimes get really busy. The owner is really nice and I have to say the older Asian guy is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. The shorter buff guy always has a great attitude even when it's really busy. Sometimes the wait is long but when they get to you the service is always perfect. Good help is hard to find these days, but I feel they have found some great employees. One complaint is that the radio playing from the speakers seems to be on the static channel every time I go in there. Time to play Pandora or something! :-) read more

The worst UPS store I have ever been. I just drop a package and ask for a piece of tape to secure the top of my package. It was a little more than a foot of tape and for that they charged me 1 dollar. I have been in many UPS stores and ask for tape and always have been a complementary service. At least they can offer the option to buy the roll of tape. They earn 1dollar but lost a customer for ever. I think is outrageous to charge a dollar that little piece of tape. For me, this tells a lot about their lack of customer service vision. Owner respond to my feedback and I'm a happy customer now. I will try this UPS store once more. read more

The Indian lady has been professional every single time we have been in the store. She also does give receipts when we are mailing packages. Today, she was serving someone else, she acknowledged my husband who was there to drop off a package and then gave him a receipt. Their fax service is pretty expensive but to be honest, I haven't faxed from another place so I don't know how it compares. read more

I'm writing this review to express my gratitude. About 3 months ago, I went to the store to send out a package, and took out my passport to fill out some info (of my own docs). Stupidly enough, I just forgot to take my passport when I left, and did not even realize that until 3 months after!! (I know....) I looked everywhere and kinda remembered the last time I saw it was at that store. So I went to the store just to give it a shot... (I was prepared for the worst..) Fortunately!! They had found it and have been keeping it safely!! OMG!!!! I'm so so so grateful!! They wanted to call me but there's no number on the passport so they just kept it for 3 MONTHS and wait til I come back. Btw, this is a store near my office, and has been my first choice when I need to ship something. I also did notary and finger print service here before. Great service and friendly people!! read more

I can't believe some of the poor reviews. I feel like I'm writing about a different UPS Store. I've been using this UPS store, not only because it's close to where I reside but because they've always been professional, courteous and extremely competent. I've been using their services for I don't know how many years, ever since that store has been there. I've been there at all different times of the day, when there are few people in there and when it's busy and have always had great service and witnessed other patrons being served as well in the same respectful way. Like any other retail business when there's a line, you have to wait your turn; when a new person is being trained, you need to be patient; when no one is up front, simply say "hello" and someone comes out to help you. Rita has always been extremely personable as well as her husband and I LOVE HER STAFF! Over the years I have, of course, had a few shipping issues or packaging issues and I've always found Rita to be reasonable and willing to work with me and things get solved always to the customer's (that's me) satisfaction. Maybe if everyone approached each day with a smile and a treat-others-like-you'd-like-to-be-treated attitude "yelp" wouldn't exist because every visit everywhere would be a great experience. horrible customer service!! rude employees and they do not follow the procedure of asking for proper id before giving away my package to some thief who i am sure was helped by the employee who gave it to them. no help and no concern was shown to us THE MANAGER/OWNER SAID SHE WOULD CONTACT US WITH MORE INFORMATION AND DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR OR HAVE MY NUMBER, I HAD TO ASK HER IF SHE HAD IT WITH ALL OF THE VISITS THAT HAD BEEN MADE. sad thing is my son and friends and family work for ups and this store has blemished the ups reputation and good name. i want to do business here in diamond bar to support my city but will be rethinking this. read more

Charged an extra $3.80 for ONE BOOK OF STAMPS! Guess it was my fault for not doing the math in my head. I haven't bought just a book of stamps in a long time. Book of 20 Forever stamps (at $. 49 each) should be $9.80 but I was charged $ 13.60. NEVER will I return. I was not given a receipt either. Just handed a flyer with all their services listed. I won't be stepping foot in this place and don't care about their over-priced services. read more

There are many ways to ship packages, and I would recommend that you avoid UPS - and this UPS store in particular - at all costs. In a previous review, I wrote we sent a 42 pound box of my daughter's clothes to her at college from this UPS store, and it never arrived. Rita, the owner of the store, could not have been less helpful or less apologetic. UPS told me I had to deal with the store - the store told me there was nothing they could do but file a claim. After spending hours and hours and HOURS on the phone with UPS (and escalating to various supervisors), I got a multitude of stories (it was delivered to the wrong place, the driver was experienced and would never deliver it to the wrong place, no - the driver was on the route for the first time and doesn't remember the box . . . ). Long story short, the box - along with 42 pounds of my daughter's favorite (and very expensive) clothes never showed up. The claim was filed, and several weeks later Rita called to tell me I could come pick up the check (we had insured the box, but for only about 1/4 it's value). Since I work every day, I asked that the check be mailed to me - after some hemming and hawing, she agreed (still no apologies). I had to ask about a refund of the shipping fees (more than $60) - she told me that UPS only would pay about $27 of it. After quite some discussion, she agreed to pay the rest from her store but I would have to go pick it up because it had to "come from the register" (whatever that means). I finally got the insurance check today in the mail - the check was from her UPS store. Wondering why she just can't refund me the shipping costs the same way?? I'm thinking she's hoping I won't come in and get it. Not that it would have helped, but a good business person would have offered sincere apologies and gone out of their way to help make amends - including making it very convenient and easy to get the insurance check and a refund on the shipping. Needless to say, she has lost a customer (and anybody else I can convince not to go there) and next time I'll use Fedex. read more
