Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection. The owner was in the store the day we went in and he helped pick the right box and customised the box so nothing moved and to reduce the cost. The older gentleman working there acted like my presence was a problem from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no courtesy, just a rude and dismissive attitude that made the whole experience uncomfortable. If you're looking for a place that treats customers with professionalism and respect, this is not it. There are plenty of other fingerprinting services do yourself a favor and go elsewhere that doesn't make you feel like an inconvenience for simply showing up.
