Then later looked at my receipt and it said my package weighed one pound not one ounce, Since then, I have called at least 15 times to talk to the owner. One time they answered the phone. The owner was not there. Now the phone rings and rings and the message says the Mail box is fulll and can not accept messages. I end up getting my mail a few days late, and that has been a problem with some time sensitive letters. No one has ever apologized, which would have gone a long way. I understand that mistakes happen, but you should own it. If you are going out of town, do not bother with a hold request because they cannot handle that service. Ask a neighbor to pick up your mail.

Given Mike's extremely unpleasant behavior, there's just no reason to do business there, and plenty of reason not to.
