I am a local artist who regularly uses their printing and shipping services, and have always been very happy with the quality of my art prints. If for any reason I was not completely happy, the staff reprinted with a smile. I have also used the Amazon return service and it has always gone quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend this store. I worked with this store over a couple of years shipping about $1,000 a year. On occasion, I have just found the people working there to be defensive and hostile whenever you experience problems. Recently I simply decided it wasn't worth the aggravation of working through them with so many other options available for shipping in the area. I recommend you avoid them. read more

I have been being served by this UPS store for years. Recently they have been helping me with my art prints and helping me edit and print my paintings and making cards from my watercolors and batik paintings. Cotey and Josh and the other very talented staff at this UPS store have been unbelievably helpful when it comes to assisting me with my business needs, not just with mailing and shipping, but with editing and Adobe photoshop. They teach me tools and tricks of the trade too. I have learned SO much from them. Cotey is a published author and accomplished artist herself, so she can share a great deal with me, and Josh is the most efficient person I have ever met. So very disappointed in their quality and customer service. I called to see if they printed photos. She asked the size and I said 4x6. She said yes and they were cheaper because they printed 3 to a page and then cut them for $1.00. We were told to email them and we did. We followed that with an email asking them to let us know if there were any problems with quality. We received an email the next day that the were ready. $40 for 40 pics. I shared my dissatisfaction but she said she had to resize all of them because of how they were emailed. I asked why she wouldn't have contacted us first since we asked if the email was good. She had no response so I paid the bill and left. When I delivered these pics to my daughter for her dorm room and she opened them we were shocked at the poor quality, fuzzy pics and my daughter had been cropped out of one of the pics. We took them back and and expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for a refund. I shared that for 39 cents a piece I could get actual clear, vivid, photos. She was defensive, blamed our email, claimed they offered great service, had no response regarding why she didn't contact us when she realized there was s problem and stated that the quality was fine except a couple which she offered to reprint. My daughter was embarrassed by her behavior and so we printed them ourselves at Walgreen and they are all beautiful. I will NEVER go back here and have posted this information at Middlebury College so no other student has to deal with this poor quality and customer service! read more

Okay - how does a UPS store get a 5 star rating? By completely impressing me across a number of services. First there is the usual - shipping. I have shipped major items like chairs - which they packaged and sent perfectly - and the usual bunch of small boxes of Christmas gifts. Even in the rush of the holiday, probably because they make sure to have extra, WELL-TRAINED, staff on hand they are pleasant and fast and always try to save me money. Next is the great selection of wrapping paper and cards and office supplies. My husband uses them to print up professional handouts of business presentations and he has been very pleased. Lastly, I recently needed some large size print outs of photos - we are talking one that was 4ft wide - and they worked with us to get them right and save money (and paper) where possible by printing multiple images on one sheet and then cutting them. SO, they get 5 stars from me! read more
