She said "If our driver lost your package, it would not be our fault since you packaged it this way". I mean how can you say that. She could just let me repackage it but instead just took the package and gave me the receipt. I was stunned at the experience. I have never had such a horrible experience. The only reason why I put 2 stars instead of 1 or even zero is because a minute later her coworker intervened and got $8 back, and went through the process again!
