My husband frequents this store and is always impressed with the service, compared to other places so he encouraged me to go there today with my 4 packages. I did and was very impressed with the service! I don't ship packages often but recently started selling a few things on ebay. I was confused and selected the wrong shipping option for one package, and realized just as I was leaving. The guy who was working there, was extremely patient with my mistake, helped do a refund and then get the correct option set up for me. He was extremely helpful. While I was there, several people stopped in- one woman to get a mail box set up, someone else to pick up, and someone else to drop off. They were helped promptly and seemed to be in and out very quickly with the other staff person assisting them. Also- won't be a big deal to some people- but for anyone with toddlers- they've got a small corner set up with a train table for kids. That was a huge plus for us today. :) This is definitely my "go to" store for any shipping needs from now on. read more

I gave two stars because the person who handled my transaction was nice enough. Otherwise, it cost me $5 to scan ONE page onto a thumb drive. I want to warn others not to use this store for scanning if it costs $5 to scan a single page. read more

Had two great experiences at this store in the past year, which I can't say for pretty much any other similar store: 1. Just got business cards made there and Mark, the owner, was extremely helpful with my order - and the order wasn't even very large! 2. I go to this location often, just not in the past few months. I usually receive great service but apparently while I've been away they've done some new hiring or this employee (he) is working a new shift... received horrible service today. It was an amazon prepaid so no actual work involved except scanning the package and giving me my tracking number but you would have thought I asked him to come get it out my car. His attitude was completely uncalled for, or maybe I'm out of line for expecting the employee do some work when they are at work. read more

Went in to get my notary application notarized (heheh) and the employees here we fun, professional, and efficient. I can't speak for shipping services since I didn't use them but if I need to I will definitely come back to this store, and look forward to it. I drop off packages at this store frequently and have been very satisfied with the level of customer service here. Employees are polite and it is nice to have the business owner present in the store. Mark is great to work with and I have had documents printed here as well. The UPS store at Fair Lakes is the best print shop in Northern Va. There are other print shops closer to where I live but I drive the extra miles to this fantastic store that produces top flight work . Mark and his staff that are so pleasant and easy to work with. This is a fantastic UPS store with great management. I regularly ship my art around the U.S. and internationally, and they always make me feel welcome and taken care of. We had a big shipment moving from VA to NY and Mark, the store owner personally made it a seamless process for me. This UPS location is terrible. I had several issues with my packages and tracking, and the owner was very rude. I won't be coming back.

Absolutely outstanding service. If you need something notarized, scanned, printed and then posted, this place is the best! Very kind staff.

By the way, the USPS will NOT tape your box for free. There is tape on the counter for PURCHASE. Stop being lazy and CHEAP.-- buy some tape and tape your own boxes. read more
