Went here to have fingerprints done needed to take for state boards. Was told it would be electronically sent as well as faxed. Even called back right after I left to double confirm and was told yes that both would happen. 1 month later and they never faxed over the form! Delays me moving forward. Tried calling and no one answered so I went back in and they had 4 people working with 1 customer . Definitely should have read the reviews before going to this location! Thought since it was in a nicer area they would be more efficient but nope! read more

I want to update that experience by acknowleding that the store owner resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Just left the UPS store on waterman it was probably the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. When you walk in all the employees looked upset no greeting the customers at all. I went in to return a shirt that I ordered on amazon and had the bar return code on my phone. They informed me that I need to print that out at home or email them at the store and they charger to print the return tag. I've returned a few things in the past from amazon and it was quick and easy but not here not today. I'll take my business some where else. Terrible customer support! read more

This is my first time using yelp! The young ladies that help me absolutely great in helping the customers... They help me in making copies, faxing, scanning my papers and even offer to tape my amazon return box for me... Been there 3 times and they always ask before ending the transaction if I needed anything else... The older lady that helps me when I first went to the store like a month ago seems knowledgeable in what she is doing but she just have that mean and sassy face I must say. She pack & ship some fragile items for me. It was perfectly received in a good condition... The reason why I only put 4 stars coz they charge 13$ for a book of stamp, shipment to hawaii is too expensive and computer is very slow takes long to load in any programs... read more

I literally walked in to pick up a package that was delivered here after missing it from home delivery. I came in with the slip and my picture ID, provided my name which was obviously on my drivers license then I was drilled. What kind of package is it an envelope or box. I say box it's clothes, then I was asked how big. At this point I'm pissed...I DON'T KNOW I DIDN'T PACK IT but why are you not getting my damn package....mind you another man comes in and is being helped by someone else and didn't get hardly any questions. The lady with the cold sores all around her mouth is rude as hell and needs to be fired. Thank goodness my son was there because I for sure would have went off!!!! read more

Disappointed with the service of this UPS Store. On December 8, 2018 I went in to mail a package. I was advised that the amount to mail the package would be $5.36. Believing there would be no problem, I paid the amount, took my receipt and went on my way. Unfortunately, the package never made it to the mailing address. On January 31, 2019 the package showed up in my home mail box with the following: Returned for $1.42 Additional Postage. I also noticed that the US Postage on the package was $2.68. So, the next day, 2/1/19, I went to the store and arrived at 8:55 AM. The store was supposed to open at 9:00 AM. I waited until 9:10 and no one showed up to open the store. I returned the next day believing they had put the wrong postage on the package. Basically, I was advised I would have to pay more money for their mistake. My mistake was believing that this UPS Store is in the business to help the paying customers for their service and relying on individuals in the store that are not willing to take responsibility for their errors. The real mistake would be for me to ever do business in that store again. I will tell this story to as many people that will listen to it. Larry N. read more

Arrived there and went in, ask the lady and said "Our machine is down, you could go to UPS Green Valley and they do it too. The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Fairfield, California

I ran in here just to make a few copies, the lady inside was extremely rude she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. Then I go to pay, and she tells me I need to spend at least five dollars to use my card. I didn't see that posted anywhere, well I don't keep any change on me and I wasn't going to spend five dollars for two copies. So I go look in my car, no change. I come back in and she makes no effort at all to help me and doesn't allow me to just have the .25 cents worth of copies. I had to then ask her to shred them. So instead of eating $.25 of profit to where I might come back and do business I didn't get to keep my copies, and I had to drive across town to Staples where I can use my card. I hope her day gets better because she seemed miserable. read more

I went to overnight a package on a Friday and arrived before they opened. I found out that if I used UPS to ship through USPS it would be over $30 less, so I chose that. The girl who put my letter through charged me for over night, but actually put it through priority mail, so it didn't arrive until Monday. They were important documents that were time sensitive, and yet the store refuses to even refund me partially. I've had to go to the UPS corporate office who assured me they would solve my problem. I use this UPS Store regularly for my shipping needs. Usually goes off without a hitch, but recent events have made it to where I will no longer use UPS for my shipping needs, and will never give this particular store any of my business. A close family friend lives in LA and amid all the hysteria enveloping the country with this Coronavirus, she was left unable to find a thermometer to check her temperature. My wife and I found one and mailed it, along with some homemade soap we wanted her to try, using UPS and this store. If you have shipped then you know they ask you the contents, and being the guy I am I answered honestly, but had a bad feeling after saying aloud. The clerk checking me out made a clever comment about needing a thermometer. Needless to say two days later when the package arrived at our friend's house the package had been cut open and resealed using clear packing tape. The only thing inside was the note my wife had written, thermometer and soap gone! Seeing as how my wife and I had packaged and sealed everything at home and that our friend was home when it was delivered, then it could have only been a representative/employee of UPS that perpetrated this despicable act. I mean who steals something like this when this sort of thing is going down?!?! It has me BEYOND livid!!! To top it all off I have emailed both the store managers/owners and UPS corporate to only be ignored for the last few days with no response of any sort. I usually do not actively leave YELP reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this event. It was no surprise that when I look this place up on YELP it was already sitting at just two stars! If I was able to give it negative stars I would. I hope the place folds! I cannot even begin to describe the levels of spite I have for this store and UPS! The older woman that runs the place has been consistently rude to me over the few years I have been a customer. Some of the services they say they do...they apparently do not...and will make excuses for it over and over again. It is hard to understand how someone can behave so rudely in a customer service business. If they don't like it...they should leave it. read more

i thought my husband and I were the only ones who thought the older lady who works here always has a negative attitude no matter how many times we've picked up and dropped off packages and been friendly to her. The younger ladies though have always been nice and offers to provide "free" use of the tape without an attitude. This is the closest UPS near us so unfortunately we have to go here to pick up our missed packages. Honestly if it werent for her, I'd be happy to come here and use their services more often. read more

I have been a loyal customer for years and I have a mailbox service. They recently decided to increase the monthly fee without the courtesy of notifying the mailbox customers. When I inquired of the owner, she stated that she does not have to give us notification. I pointed out that notifying customers of any change in terms is good business practice. She became defensive, argumentative, and constantly interrupted me. Instead of understanding my point and acknowledging what could've been done differently, she rudely told me that if I didn't like it, I could stop using the service. Well, I didn't need her to point out the obvious. After many years as a customer, I terminated my service and will no longer give them one cent of my money. read more

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I usually use the Vacaville location, but this happened to be more convenient as I was passing through Fairfield. The employee, Stella, was extremely rude, unhelpful, and got smart with me about a receipt, when I just wanted to ensure that this location did in fact ship usps as well because that's how disengaged and unhelpful she was. She was substantially more helpful to the two individuals who came in before me, packing their packages for them and frankly, just being decent to them, where as I was directed to go to a separate counter to attach my label to my package. I will never be using this location again no matter how convenient it may be. read more

This UPS store is terrible. While we had a box with them they continuously forgot to put packages in our box and actually LOST a package for a few weeks. I cancelled our service with them in December and gave them a credit card number over the phone. They never ran the card and just yesterday when someone accidentally sent something to us there, Rani, the manager, held our package hostage and FORCED me to pay for two extra months. She actually charged for the whole month of February even though we are in the beginning of that month. And all even when she knows that we had cancelled and tried to pay in December. She was not available to talk. They gave me a number for another store who had no idea why I would be looking for her there. These guys are shiesters! I would not recommend going here if you want to be treated honestly! read more

Entered the store to purchase a book of stamps. Lady behind the counter very unfriendly and I was charged $13.00 for a book of forever stamps. Won't go to that store for any services. My past experience at other UPS stores has be very favorable. read more
