Benika helped me ship my packages. She was kind, friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes.

I wasn't expecting the store to be SO busy at 1:30 in the afternoon, but I waited patiently and observed. I noticed a notary service done expeditiously. I also saw a woman hold up the line waiting for a fax to come through while everyone in the line commented she should step aside to wait; that never happened the entire time I was in the store! Only one young woman was helping most of the line. Once I got up to the young woman, I handed her my Amazon return slip and small table runner. She told me I needed something to put it in. I told her it came in a large box with other items. And that the Amazon instructions said to bring it to the UPS store with label, no box needed. To which she snapped back that I didn't fully read the instructions and she could charge me $2 for a plastic bag to put it in. I politely questioned her about charging for a free return that Amazon's instructions clearly said to just bring the label and the item. She snapped back at me. I kept my cool but left the store VERY unhappy!! read more

I would not use this store to ship important items. The girl working last Monday assured my mother that a package would be delivered within a 3 day time frame and it's now been a whole week and the package is still "on the way" according to the website. I called the location to ask for some options on this matter because paying over 70 dollars for 3 day shipping is already absurd. And the manager basically told me sorry can't help you. There's nothing we can do. Actually yes. Maybe train your employees to provide accurate information and not mislead your customers. If it's not guaranteed, THEN SAY THAT. Extremely disappointed with UPS and this location. no longer using your services. read more

We have been using this store for many years. We have a business mailbox to receive letters and frequently drop off packages for our other businesses. Staff is polite and we never had any issues. Would recommend. read more

They refused to take my return package unless i have to pack it myself even though that i requested a QR code return which does not require me to print, pack or label anything. I do not recommend coming to this store. read more

I asked the "manager" (Louis) for the fee per page to fax or copy to pdf, and he quoted me $4 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. Ridiculous!!! I was going to fax around 25 pages. Obviously, I left and didn't pay for their ridiculous fees! I decided to go to Office Depot, and I ended up paying by .25 cents per copy. Avoid these type of stores, because they overcharge for everything!! Avoid them all together and get your postage, supplies and shipping from the post office or other places. I received outstanding customer service from both Tania and Clarivel. I came in needing help printing an email, as I am not so smart phone wise. Tania asked to hold my phone, which I was more than willing to give her. My phone was having bad reception and after calling Clarivel over they both worked hard at figuring out how to make it work. I can't say how wonderful the ENTIRE staff was to me!!! I had been running errands all morning, my ac wasn't working and I'm older than dirt! When I walked in for a service, I started getting extremely light headed, so I sat down on the floor. (It was either that or feint, so embarressing!) Sometimes Angie is rude asf for no reason when I'm just trying to get my packages. Also, they give out mail to anyone, you can just tell them a mailbox number and they give you mail... I feel they should start asking for ID's to verify that person is who they say they are. read more

The staff is friendly here and it is convenient but the prices to ship are HIGH. I came to ship a 2lb package in a small (6"x4"x4") box to Highland (15 miles away) and told the cashier I wanted to ship it the CHEAPEST way possible. I was quoted $22.00! I actually considered just dropping the package off to highland myself at that point! I verified that it was the cheapest way possible which she confirmed so I went ahead and paid for it. When looking at the receipt, I saw that she chose UPS 3-day service for me. I looked up a quote on the UPS website to ship the same package using Ground and UPS.com quoted just over $7.00 ($7.48 to be exact) I believe this location also has US Post office services which may have been even cheaper, but somehow the young lady helping me translated "cheapest" into quick and expensive. I still have a bad taste in my mouth for paying 300% mark-up for "convenience". I'll be taking my packages to the Postal Annex down the street from now on. read more

I had to hang up and when I called back more than an hour later, she remembered me and stayed so nice through the whole process. Update. Really up down its coming nothing. Call after call and im still waiting. My daughter never got her package I sent on March 16th. May 31 and nothing, promisses a refund and 2 weeks later..... NOTHING. I get calls from Parris the very nice manager but the owner nothing, really first class mail check sent from bank does not take this long. I really am upset and frustration level is undesirable.... This check in question better arrive tomorrow mo day June 1. read more

I told her that they were my last hope of making a copy as I was not from around the area and everywhere else was closed or unable to assist me. Smiling, she said no problem. Today 9/3/19 I entered the UPS store again on Sierra Lakes with Amazon returns. Three of my returns had to have the lables printed and I didn't realize. So I entered with open packages thinking I would be able to drop them off and UPS would package and deliver like Kholes does. I was returned Boots, Ring Door Bell, a Smart Watch, and a Stud Finder. Anyway, as I packaged the Ring Doorbell the Rep was waiting as she had already scanned the other packages. One package has two items (Watch&Stud Finder) with now worries me due to how she handled the Ring. She took the box that had the Ring Doorbell and did not scan it nor give me a receipt. She tried to talk about Amazon returns to deter me IMO. She handed me the receipts for with the tracking#'s to the Boots and the other packages and other items I purchased. I left and looked at my receipts and noticed nothing for the Ring Doorbell. I went back. As I waited in line I saw a cart off to the side that contained my Boots on it and other packages. I told her she hadn't given me a tracking# for the box I handed her. She had to go to the back to retrieve my box that had the Ring Doorbell in it. She scanned it without question and gave me the tracking#. I then asked her to re-scan the two items in one package so I could track each one individually. She said she could not, that Amazon would open the packages and see that I had the two items in one. I will now sit and wait. Strange, I think she saw the value in the Ring Doorbell and may have decided to try to keep it. I always have bad experiences in this store. My last review was on the Owner with her no good self. Amazon has been notified. read more

I came into the store to drop off a spectrum package and was first told I had to use a different drop off location to send my package out. With me already waiting quite some time in line to get told that I felt a little discouraged about my time being there until a representative named Jaqueline, I believe her name was, helped me out and repackaged all my items I was trying to send out so I didn't have to spend more time driving to a different location to drop it off. Convenient location, but the employees here lack common sense and contradict themselves while explaining their policies.

I arrived at the store a couple of minutes after closing time. I could see the last customers being waited on inside, so I tried the door anyway. It was locked. As I started to walk away, a man inside the store who had seen my attempt, came and opened the door and asked what I needed. I told him I had an Amazon return. He took a picture of my return code with his phone, took my package and returned with a receipt! A lady who had gotten there moments before me (who had also tried the door and given up and got back in her car to leave) saw our interaction. She got out of her car and he served her at the door as well! I was so impressed with this guy's attitude, I asked him his name. "Perris", he said with a kind and confident smile. Perris, you da MAN! I know your team follows your leadership in going above and beyond the letter of the law to simply enjoy serving the public. That's the Spirit!
