Literally the worst customer service! Been here twice to return Amazon packages which apparently they hate doing. Our last UPS store near where we lived was amazing, helpful and would even tape up things...here they want $4 to tape a teeny tiny box. They act as if you are bothering them and the owner is sooooo rude. Signs posted everywhere about being kind to the employees, try to follow your own advice for your customers. I work in retail so I get it with labor shortages and supply chain issues but that has ZERO to do with good old fashioned customer service. Will be driving to Kohls if I have a return from now on. read more

I walked into this location and the guy behind the counter was ringing up a customer. There was no one else in the store. He stops mid ring and without even looking up said do you have a question? I said I need to buy some packing peanuts to ship an item. He said No. Try Walmart. And never even once looked at me. I guess customer service doesn't matter anymore especially for large companies. So I can't say how their service is because I didn't get any. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. By far the worst UPS store I have ever been to. The workers are so rude. He gave me attitude the moment I said I have Amazon returns. I'm sorry, but this is a ups store you are going to have Amazon returns. He then proceeded to refuse one of my returns because it needed to be packaged to which he told me to go to Home Depot to buy a box. I asked him why I can't I buy a box here to which he proceeded to not give me an answer and just more attitude. The line was long so I left and decided to not deal with this guy. As I was leaving, this guy walks outside of the store (yes leaves the line of customers inside) to throw an empty box on the sidewalk. Very strange. There was a ups driver there dropping off packages, who told me this store gets a lot of complaints and to go to the one off trabuco. I immediately went to Trabuco, bought a box no problem, and sent my package back. Much better experience. By the looks of it, many other people complain about this employee and store. Store owner clearly doesn't care and is responding with the most passive aggressive comments to the other reviews. Doesn't seem like they understand customer service. Yikes. Don't waste your breathe, time or money here. The store owner off of Trabuco is SO nice, friendly, and helpful. It's a 5 minute drive. Go there instead. read more

I always try to go to this UPS store vs. the FedEx store nearby as this one is just so convenient and it's a small store and you easily become familiar with the staff there. And it's almost always a quick in and out. Most of the time I've gone in, it's for returns. Sometimes, it is for print jobs. Every time I have gone though, I've been served by Scott. He's a rock star ! He's super friendly, he has great tips, and he really makes everything convenient for you. I hope the owner recognizes Scott for the super star he is ! read more

The 2 main guys that work here are great. However, the owner, "Sean" needs to learn a lesson or 2 about customer service/attitude. Upon dropping off 2 packages, he was antagonizing a customer that clearly wanted to just leave. I was about to take off, when he got into a verbal altercation outside with a UPS driver. I have visited this store literally hundreds of times as it is right across from the office buildings where I work and because my wife is an inveterate Amazon shopper and returner. So most of my visits are for Amazon returns. I have also shipped packages from here, I have had documents notarized and fingerprints taken. All have this has always been expertly performed by Sean or his staff. That said, I could not help but notice the strange Yelp rating distribution for this store - either almost all 5's or 1's. I did not read all of the bad reviews, but I would guess that if you removed those reviews involving pieces of tape, the number would probably shrink by 90% plus. So it seems that those customers that follow the not-unreasonable packing rules rate this store a 5 and those that can't follow the rules, a 1. I don't know what it is that makes people rate an establishment a 1 over such a minor thing, but I have personally seen people in the store acting with a very entitled sense of self getting angry over something silly that is clearly an issue of their making. This place use to be great for Amazon returns but the last few months they have really changed. I was inline inside the store for Amazon return and the manager made everyone with an Amazon return form a line outside the store. The manager had his employee stop taking Amazon returns and had him tape up and label boxes saying "they can wait until you are done." We all heard what he said. He was very annoyed with Amazon returns and directed his displeasure at the customers in his business. Even his son got in on the hostility, I felt bad for the employee trying to offer good customer service. read more

Excellent and outstanding UPS Store! Sean and co-workers are one of a kind in professionalism and creating a warm welcoming environment.

I stop in at the store very often. I was in a jam once, and Sean helped me out by sorting various copies, prints and making it affordable for me to do a bulk print job on short notice. He spent over an hour of his own time to make it easier and affordable for me. All employees have treated me very nicely here, and I have never had any issues whatsoever. The people leaving negative reviews against this business are completely misinformed and highly entitled individuals. They expect things to be perfect in their lives and make mistakes when they come into the store with their labels for Amazon shipping. Then they get frustrated and storm out. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the owner Sean today. I have been coming here 4 years and seen interactions with angry customers but tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. As a business owner myself, I understand it can be difficult. However I do always treat customers with respect. Sean did not do the same today. Something that was not a big deal, became a huge issue and upset my husband, children and myself. There was a miscommunication when mailing a package last week. I gave him an address and there was one below . He read the one below and sent the package to me ( the senders address and mailing address was the same -so he sent the package back to my home). I came in to the store and laughed and said " look what happened and what you did yesterday ." I was not upset or mad. He made me wait until he helped all the other customers then when the room cleared out he said how I humiliated him in front of his other customers, then blamed me for not giving the correct address or reading the screen. I said, "I'm sorry I was unable to read the screen , that's my fault I was in a hurry and trusted you, I'm ok to pay for it. It's not a big deal. " then we both began taking back and forth and I started to feel attacked by his comments. He raises his voice, and told me I ruined his day and that I drive a Bentley he sees and I could read when I bought that ." This is not the kind of behavior a business owner should have to his customers . My husband had to come Inside to handle the dispute calmly. As soon as he saw my husband he started to calm down. I checked with the two stores next to him and both said he fights with customers everyday and they witness it. His manager Scott is the most calm and kind person with the best attitude. It really makes me sad that he felt I was trying to insult him in front of customers. I would never do that to anyone . As a long time customer coming in a few times a week and always making conversation with him, it surprised me. It was shocking he was so angry with me or felt I was trying to harm his reputation or business. However the way he treated me was unkind, unprofessional and very rude especially to a woman. I understand the world is changing and chivalry is gone and basic kindness these days but I won't tolerate it. I will take my business elsewhere moving forward and very disheartened that I can't use the convenience of this store because he felt the need to be so unkind. I truly think his ego was damaged as he felt I embarrassed him or called him out on his mistake. This is part of owning a business and having humility, something we all have to learn to be successful in life. I drove all the way back here as my Amazon return requested a box. I didn't bother putting any tape on it as UPS usually does this. They wouldn't give me a piece of tape and water to charge me $6 for tape. Rediculous as I've never had UPS do this . I had my baby with me and am not coming back a third time. Never again! The owner is an absolute dick. In the 10 minutes I was there, I saw him berate and condescend a customer. Then he proceeded to rush and degrade the employee working there because they were close to closing time. On top of that, he messed up my amazon return and I never received my refund. And if the mentioned employee sees this-call someone and report this man to the labor board and/or the EEOC. You do not deserve to be treated so poorly and you definately have a case for harassment. read more

Wanted to ship some items ground but they ran out of forms for ground so I had to pay more for three day. I spoke to the manager and Taylor my only other option is to go find another store.
