This CROOK is a fairly recent owner, & a crook is also called a thief & this guy is nothing short of a common thief. "PLEASE DON'T USE THIS STORE". To all who gave the one star rating for Amazon returns & other services; This store used to be good; then the new owner came along who's an extreme penny pincher & a bandit to the core. All the prior staff left (probably because he didn't want to pay them any more than 50 cents a day). He doesn't like AMAZON returns because he doesn't make as much money from them so he charges for boxes, tapes, etc.. I received a blender with it's own box from Amazon, tried to return it the same day; the rude, ill-mannered owner whom by the way- kept people waiting in line with no staff, while he was openly telling a long story (COMPLAINING) to a male customer about another female customer that demanded return from Amazon (I know..right?) told me that Amazon takes brown box returns only, even if they don't provide it when shipped!!!..LOL.. yeah ok; tell that to "Jeff Bezoz" he'll have hay day. AMAZON of all places doesn't take back & accept its own packages?? WHAT A JOKE! Then he showed me a fake, made up print on the wall that he clearly made himself or copy pasted it from another source (laimo) that Amazon does not take their own boxes and not only that, they require customers to purchase the tapes from the store as well. It must have take him a couple days to come up with that phony helourious policy. He had the audacity to insult me by telling me to go to the AMAZON store/warehouse miles away... Apparently he doesn't know that he lives in United States of America & thinks people are stupid and fall for his lies! laughingly but unnerved I googled the nearest UPS stores & went a mile down the road to the "UPS store @ 25422 Trabuco Rd Ste 105, Lake Forest"; I simply returned the Amazon merchandise with no problems; in & out just like all others in front of me. I contacted Amazon and UPS corporate about the cheat and the con-artist and they nearly busted out laughing, especially about that bogues print on his wall. Amazon actually gave me a credit for the horrible UPS experience in this so called UPS store location. He also charges twice as much for passports, paperwork, certificates, purchases & any other UPS related businesses. He replies with more lies in response to the one star ratings that by the way receive many agreements in a form of "Useful" from other people. He also dislikes women & prefers male customers, probably because he thinks men may not notice the inconvenience and robbery as much as women do. This guy is a fraud and should be reported for unethical business. The 5 stars are all from his friends and family, mostly from his homeland. I'll be shocked if his crappy business survives. Do yourself a favor & don't waste your precious time & money going inside that minesing store @ 27472 Portola Pkwy #205, Foothill Ranch. You can go to the next UPS store closest to this one (1.5 mile difference) which I mentioned above. This guy is patitatic, lies & the way he runs his so called UPS business is unacceptable on so many levels! I can not phantom how he's getting away with it, but hopefully not for long. read more

I usually stop in for quick Amazon returns, but today was a little chaotic with a big pile of packages and my one-year-old in tow. I came in about a week ago, early morning on a Monday around 9am. There was only one guy working. I came in to ship a package and to get a document notarized. When given the price to ship my package, I asked if there was any way I could get the price to be cheaper. He instantly told me to go to the Post Office, that it is cheaper... Maybe its just me but you would think you would want my business and not send me to a competitor of yours? I guess I should thank him though since it did, in fact, save me money. I then asked him if they did notary (since they clearly state that they do) he quickly told me "no, we do not" It irritates me that this UPS store states they do notary when they don't. Obviously its not the guys fault, its clearly the owner of the stores fault... If you don't do notary, then do NOT state that you do. I don't think I will be returning with my business. read more

I don't know what happened with this location.  It used to be fast and reliable.  I was never charged for a ups envelope.  I just came in with a prepaid shipping label but no package.  The owner spent at least 10 minutes with the prior customer who was making an Amazon return.  I know that it's supposed to be for free with the code that amazon sends you.  Instead he spent all this time printing out her label and then charging her $2.  Meanwhile the line extended out the door during this time.  He then charged me $8 to ship despite the fact that I had a prepaid label.  None of this ever used to be an issue.  I'm guessing that this location is under new ownership?   I know none of this is a big deal but it is a pain when you are in a rush.  It's also never fun to be nickel and dimed read more

I live in Santa Monica but because of my job I have to travel to OC 2 or 3 times a week, I found this UPS store when searching for a drop-off location for my work. It was their closing time but they were very patient with my last-minute packages and the owner working Mr. Sean was very nice and friendly. He went above and beyond to help. Every time I am at OC this is the only UPS location I have been using, I am always greeted and helped right away. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
