I have been using Mail Biz for over 3 years. I love it. It is owners managed and operated and the owners are very friendly. Each time I walk in there, they greet me and help me with everything. They provide a ton of other services too in addition to mail services and private mailbox services. I love this place. They can accept your UPS or FedEx or any sort of shipment that a regular PO Box cannot. It's really a lifesaver and helps when I can't be somewhere to accept a shipment. I also feel safe knowing that a business is taking care of my packages instead of my front door or something where they could be stolen. They also have pretty good cookies, the owners are really nice, and they know me by name which is cool. Definitely a great place to have a mail box. read more

After having a horrible experience at the business which hosts my PO Box, I stopped in at Mail Biz to mail some certifications. The owners were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond in helping me package the certificates so that they wouldn't get bent in the mail. You would never receive this kind of personal touch from the post office or most businesses who charge you for a piece of tape. When my contract is up, I will definitely be switching to Mail Biz for my PO Box. They don't charge extra for 24-hr access either. Such a refreshing and pleasant experience in an industry that is typically out to nickel-n-dime you. They're a family run business that has been around for over 30 yrs. I come to this place several times a month. In a world where customer service has been on a decline, this place is a breath of fresh air. Rarely do I go into a store and feel like they want my business. Mike and Kathy are the owners and are always ready to help me. On my last visit I had to take my son and he was not very happy. Kathy gave him a full size candy bar to make him happy. You will not get that kind of service or attentin at Staples or some other place. And yes they do get UPS here. Mail Biz and Kathy and Mike are the best! My employer actually uses them to do our mail drop each day so that it how I came to meet Mike and Kathy but as with so many of their customers, we struck up conversations and a friendship in the last year. I am planning my wedding for later this year and had a crazy situation going on where I needed to return a pair of wedding shoes I had purchased. I needed to get the shoes returned by a certain date in order to complete an exchange and the post office lost the return shipping document after I paid for the return shipping at Mail Biz. Being the awesome people that they are, Kathy and Mike paid more than twice what I paid for the orignal shipping to have the shoes returned via DHL! Long story short, my shoes arrived at their destination on time and I didn't have to pay another penny out of pocket! I was able to exchange the shoes for the right size that I needed and now I have the perfect pair of shoes for my wedding day, thanks in HUGE part to Kathy and Mike! You guys are awesome and coming to Mail Biz is truly one of the best parts of my day! If you are looking for a place to have a mail box or take care of your mail and shipping needs, this place is it! These people are rude to strangers. I found them unprofessional at best and unhelpful to ones they don't know. They are suspicious of strangers. I will never go to them again. There are better and friendlier places that do the same thing. It's too bad. read more
