The employee was the one that brought the incorrect email to my attention. I refused to pay additional for something that was incorrect both times that I went to pick up stationary that should have been ready over 10 days ago. After talking to the manager he stood by his guns. No refund offered no offer to fix the problem. We are talking about 100 pcs of stationary.
