I hesitated to go here because in the past they've been rude and unhelpful at best. I usually go the extra distance to Whole Foods but today I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and be greeted genuinely by a young lady. I mentioned how nice it was to come in and be treated well. Took a package to the store on Winkler and Summerlin with items and a card in an envelope with cash in it. They put items off to the side and pack them after you leave. The box never made it into the UPS system. Card(cash)/Gifts gone. Yesterday took some items here and asked they pack them and seal box while I'm there. They were only a few small items that would have taken two minutes to pack They refused. Got my items back had my card refunded. Will never go Back to this company. Buyer beware!!! read more

I have a broken foot so I sent my roommate to ship a package for me after going online and figuring out UPS shipping charge to North Carolina. He went in asked him the cheapest way to ship the box and the person at the counter put it into another box which I was charged additional $11 and it changed the shipping charge to domestic shipping $70 and there were other charges on the bill it came up to $101 instead of the $21 flat rate shipping or whatever it is that it should have been. I called and asked him not to ship it and I would come pick it up Monday but no one called back I'm assuming they shipped it and didn't bother to call me. Obviously that was not the cheapest way to ship it like I asked for. The person at the counter shipped the most expensive way he could probably do it without shipping it overnight.$101 for 3 day UPS ,not going back there anytime soon. Thanks a lot for making it even more difficult to not be able to go do things myself. I would have just left and gone home and reboxed The item I was giving to my brother. I use this location all the time. I find it's usually people who have bad experiences that leave the bad reviews, but I have nothing but good things to say. I appreciate the services they offer, especially the fact that they have partnered with Amazon on returns and offer to box up and package your returns for you. I appreciate the people who work here and the disrespect they have to endure from people walking in who expect that their time is more important than anyone else's. Well, It was a mixed bag. I went online and made an appointment for notary services. I was met pleasantly but was also informed this service was not being done there during our Covid problems. ( I think the national website should not make appointments if services are suspended). I was less than happy BUT the young man told me he thought another UPS store a few miles away was still doing notary work. He gave me very good directions. I really thought this was going to be a wild goose chase. BUT, the other store was able to help me. Kudos to this young man!!! All's well that ends well! read more

I mailed a package from this store on Columbus Day & 8 days later it still hasn't arrived. It was mailed First Class USPS. Stopped in to see what the issue was or if the package could be traced. The answer was no. If I wanted to track the package, I would have had to ask for tracking at the time it was mailed. The package cost more than $5.00 to mail. To have tracking on the package would have cost another $10.00. Really??? This guy has poor customer service skills. I think this guy was lying to me. Will never mail anything from this store again. read more

She was friendly and accommodating and helped me pick out exactly what container would be best for my package. The store was also very clean and organized and I will definitely be using this store again for my shipping needs! read more

This is the closest location to where I live so it is convenient as it is right next to the grocery store where I shop. That said every time I have used this store I have been disappointed by their terrible service one way or another. One time I had a box ready to go and just needed some filler so I paid them for the filler and shipping which after that needed the box to be taped closed. I assumed they would tape it after the filler was added but they told me I had to purchase tape if I didn't bring any with me, and the associate pointed to the rolls of packing tape on the wall. This latest incident I already had my boxes and shipping labels from Amazon as well as my packing tape (as I knew I better have that with me after a previous episode). I took everything in and purchased a padded envelope for one of the items and was told they cannot run my debit card for less than $5 so I looked in my wallet but remembered I had put all of my cash in the bank the previous day and all I had was a $50 tucked away for emergencies. So I hated to use that in this situation so I said I have 2 other tiny boxes that need some filler so just charge me whatever it costs to get to $5 so I can use my card which he punched in to come to $5.03 as he couldn't seem to reach $5.00. So he did that and had me swipe my card while they were filling and sealing those boxes. He said oh your card isn't working try it again so I did and he goes sorry your card is no good. I said well it's my bank card which I know is fine as I just used it and he goes well it doesn't work now. So I grabbed another card and swiped it and he goes that one is no good either. So I pulled out a 3rd card and swiped and he goes that one is no good also. Perhaps our machine is down but I doubt it as it was working! So I ended up using the $50 and since he couldn't figure out how to get the cost to an even $5 like I originally asked I got 44.97 cents back from my purchase. After I left there I went down the street and grabbed lunch and magically my card that was no good worked just fine. Do yourself a favor like I am going to from now on and drive a little out of the way to use a far superior location with great service such as the one at the corner of San Carlos and Summerlin. read more
