So far my experience has not been very good there, I've mailed a package through that store , I…read moredon't know where it happened, but I had to file a claim because items have been taken out of the package, also my wife went to this location for notary services the notary there missed a signature, our bank had us take the paperwork back so we can get it done correctly and they refused to sign , and it was their mistake to begin with. Their notary person , I believe his name is Jedidiah , caught all the other notary places to sign. I called to try to resolve this, my wife was very upset and confused , they made her to feel she was lying or trying to cheat, I spoke to the store manager , Zack , and he was unable to help me so I requested the Store owner call me and he said the store owner never really comes to that store. I'm beginning to think that might be the problem, maybe that store runs on its own without owner supervision.
