They go out of their way to help their customers! I needed a document notarized and all the other UPS stores in the area did not have one on duty. I called them and the notary was getting ready to go home for the day, as it was close to closing time. I was 30 mins away. He stayed and waited for me to come in. My son who is legally blind and lost his glasses on vacation! After my sister spent 3 hours searching our home and overnighting them- this business is "closed due to illness" with no way to locate my package or pick it up anywhere! We are boating tomorrow- he can't ride his bike, see past his hand or anything and seeing as it's Saturday- we can't get them until Monday! I don't know how you don't have a backup for a place with something as important as people's mail!!!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I will never use this store or UPS ever again. Ive spent hours uploading at least 3 different print projects that are "never received", then when presented with the order confirmations from the UPS website, Im given another excuse of why they aren't ready. They do not care about due dates or do they value the time one spends uploading the project to the UPS website. I was yelled at today in the middle of the store by an employee and told he refused to print my project or return the $200 I paid for a project that was due yesterday. Brandey Barton was the kindest, most selfless woman my friends and I have ever met! Our car broke down in the parking lot of this UPS Store and we had no service to get an Uber. Without even hesitating, Brandey offered to drive us to the house we were renting just out of the pure kindness of her heart!
