If i could give more stars I would. Went in to get my fingerprints done for work, and Swati was THE absolute best. We were having some issues with the kiosk and she went through every step with me. The store is the smallest UPS store I have visited but don't let that deter you. The store is kept clean and organized. Though the store was busy and there was a short wait on a thursday afternoon, the staff behind the registers worked efficiently, had positive work attitudes and provided wonderful service. Where do I start? I don't even know where to begin how amazing this UPS store is at Amerige Heights FULLERTON! They have been a part of my life for quite a few years. I literally live across the street from them. All of the staff are so so so wonderful so amazing so professional so helpful! Especially Swati, Christian and Jennifer! Whenever I walk in, everyone is so friendly everyone always welcomes me in and I always feel so part of this UPS family! What I love the most is the supply of their services are unending! Every time I go in, I think maybe they don't provide a particular service and then they always answer with "yes, of course of course yes we do that here as well" lol which makes my heart very very happy! All my needs are always met over there at that UPS Store! And a special shout out to Swati and Christian, who during pandemic still provided the community with the vital UPS services, but kept us all very safe with all their protocols in place! Not much to say except this is by far one of the most reliable UPS stores around. Very good availability/ hours, quick service, open & clean store. I have done my share of Amazon returns here, and never had an issue. The location is just to the right of Albertsons so the parking could be a little busy but that's about it. This is the first time in my life that I am writing an angry review. I will start with the fact that I urgently needed to take a photo for my passport, when I arrived they took a photo of me with a very old camera, but it does not matter, what is important is that there was no exhibition light or flash, they printed out 2 photos for me, which later looked blurry, as if they had been edited 1000 times before. When I asked to send me this photo by email, they said that they do not do this, to which I was very surprised, because the website does not say that the photos are only printed, why do I need photos in my hands if I need to send them online? Then I asked to at least scan them on a printer, to which they sent me a terrible photo. The file with the photo is just ridiculous, the photo is very far away, it is crooked, and dust got on my face, so that I have a large black mole on half my cheek, you can not even zoom in on this photo, it is so far away, the photo takes up 5% of the overall picture. read more

I got to the store at 2:40 realized I forgot my ID, she asked how far I lived, and I said 20 min round trip. She said she would still help a couple minutes after closing if I called to let her know. When adults lack basic accountability, it blows my mind. I came in about a week or so ago to ship some equipment and I was trying to use some random box I had at home. It was a white square box from a company called "branded bills" that I wanted to repurpose. While trying to figure out bubble wrap and all that, the manager offered to sell me a box and wrap it themselves. I agreed and paid for packing materials and left. Cut to today, the buyer messaged me asking why I didn't bother to put any bubble wrap or packing material in and that the part was damaged. He sent me a picture of the box it was sent in and...did my eyes deceive me....? Was that a white box with a hat companies logo that I tried to use? Was that also no packing material in that same box? Man, either it's a small world and he buys hats from the same company OR this ups didn't pack anything and they just shipped it out. When I went in today to ask them about it, they kept asserting they packed it into a brown box with packing material. I asked if she thought people just had identical company logo boxes laying around out of happenstance and she just shrugged. Mistakes happen but lacking any basic accountability is just gross. Saw some of the negative reviews. Lol. Let me just tell you... humanity has really gone insane. Why are there so many terrible, unruly customers??! Some customers come in here and yell at the staff for delivering to the wrong address. Do they not know this is a FRANCHISE store that has NOTHING to do with deliveries? And if they didn't, why act like an insane animal causing a scene? I felt so sorry for the lady and her staff. They were already stressed as is from the influx of packages they had to handle over Covid holidays. And there aren't enough staff to go around these days! Unruly customers should be called out for such terrible behavior and blacklisted from shopping anywhere. Or even posting on Yelp. For some reason, the computer that I shipped on December 11th was delivered to Fullerton on December 27th (2021) instead of being delivered to Doral, Florida. Tomorrow morning, I will go to the Malvern UPS Store in order to communicate with UPS corporate and try to find out why the computer was returned to Fullerton. I have shipped packages from the Malvern UPS Store multiple times. The staff at the Malvern UPS Store are always patient and friendly. This place is great! I called a few places to ask about certifix fingerprinting services and they were pretty shady or did not even know about certifix, despite being listed as a service they provide. Christian was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. What more could you ask for? Once I got to the store, there were a few hiccups that were sorted out promptly. Christian was just as great in person :) The fingerprinting process was lengthier than I had initially thought but again, thanks to the great service it was not a problem. Each time I go in there I get nothing but great service!! The female working the counter (never remember to catch her name), along with the gentlemen, are all so kind and go above and beyond. I always forget to give them more service. Everyone pushes to go online or via telephone for our small business needs. I forget how great the actual UPS store in Amerige, Fullerton really is!! NEVER AGAIN will I be utilizing the UPS customer service #. This store, and their employees (especially the female behind the counter) always confirms why I should just take the extra time to drive their way. Last Friday I called the direct UPS customer service #1-800-742-5877 in regards to ordering more shipping labels and I got nothing but HORRIBLE service. No one seemed to be able to help me, and some did not even want to bother helping me and just pawned me off to a different customer service line. I spent 3 hours waiting for a call back, to then spend an hour being transferred to 5 different lines to then be put on hold for 30 Minutes. That's when I gave up and hung up. I walked away from the issues and put it off for today so that I wouldn't be so upset with them. I then gave them a call again, and once again no one could help me being I could not recall my small business UPS account #. Go figure. After the 3rd transfer I hung up because I could not understand the female on the other line (kids screaming and a dog barking). It dawned on me. Go drive to the friendly UPS store down the street. So I did. They were able to assist me right away and knew exactly what I was inquiring about WITHOUT the need of my account number. Lesson of the day, always take that extra few minutes to pay your business down the street a visit. You will get to notch help.
