I am a islander and been coming here for year's and always had issues with the Hispanic employee he rude, and keeps loosing my packages I reported this matter to Suzie repeatedly and continues, now again this idiot doesn't want to scan my packages and I believe he give them to wrong carrier intentionally this is the 5 time he has done this. They sent my package to the wrong address. They ignored the zip code I gave, inputted "Place" instead of "Street" for the address, and sent to a completely different part of the city than where it was meant to go. I paid for express shipping which is a 2 day shipping. It was delivered at least 5 days after. I should have just paid for standard shipping. I usually don't complain about small issues but this was a major overlook. It was the difference of my friend moving into her new apartment on time versus a few days late in a completely different city. Wish they would have at least offered a partial refund. read more
