Poor service. I came in on 9/20 @ ~2:20pm. One representative demanded that a customer needs to take screenshots of her QR codes before coming. I understand that would make things more efficient for the workers, but it should not be demanded. Secondly, I brought an Amazon return in a box. The second worker took the items out, put it in a bag, then told me to take my box. I said I don't need it, and I asked if they could discard it. She said no, and that I would have to walk around the building to discard it in the dumpster. Every other UPS I've been to REUSES and RECYCLES the box/bag if I bring one. I've never been told to walk it over to the dumpster before... Pretty poor customer service. I would avoid this location. RESPONSE TO THE STORE: The way the representative communicated about the QR codes was not a recommendation. He yelled something along the lines of, "Take a screenshot of all your QR codes before you come!" The tone was demanding and condescending to say the least. I felt bad for the lady who experienced that. Rather than defend and dismiss (which seems to be their default response), I'd recommend to train the representatives to be more respectful and professional. Regarding the box, again, this is not how other UPS stores operate. They reuse & recycle. Based on the experience and lack of accountability based on the store's response, I would still recommend to avoid this location. Other UPS locations are much better. read more

Ughhhh what a long overdue review. This UPS is unfortunately the one closest to my house and I absolutely hate coming here, at all costs. The only reason I'll step foot into here is because I'm returning something to a company that used UPS. The customer service here will definitely blow you out of the water for all the wrong reasons. Rude and unhappy employees. I swear they try everything to have a "problem" with every package being returned. I don't know if they are annoyed by Amazon returns, but if they are then don't offer them. Don't make it difficult for customers. They obviously make money dealing with Amazon returns, so why are they acting so rude as soon as they know you aren't "buying" anything from them? I really do believe they nitpick at every single order. I tried returning something in a box and they wanted another box wrapped around it. But the other return I had had the exact same packaging and that one was okay?? They told me I had to spend $4 for a bag to go around it. Why would you charge $4 for a bag? That's ridiculous! I didn't have my wallet on me because the return was free, so I had to go all the way home just to meet their requests without paying. At this point I refuse to spend any money here and I hope it was worth it for them to get a bad review over their stupid "policies." The poor guy in front of me had to pay $88 dollars to ship a medium size box. Like come on! These prices are ridiculous. I own a business and ship my own products using pirate ship and a rollo printer and have never paid more than $25 to ship across the country and for a heavy package. Felt so bad for the guy in front of me having to pay that. Shame on you UPS read more

I love this UPS store. They always go above and beyond. I have always had great experiences there. Kenny was so gracious dealing with my aging mother and having documents notarized today. Later I went back to get help with scanning and creating a PDF file and that went smoothly and extra tips about being able to combine PDF files into one on-line for free! Every time I walk in, it feels like I've accidentally interrupted a top-secret meeting about how to make customers regret leaving their homes. The staff greets you with the enthusiasm of someone being forced to assemble IKEA furniture for the third time that day. Asking a simple question seems to personally offend them. Need shipping tape? A label printed? Basic human acknowledgement? Prepare to be met with a sigh so deep it could power a wind turbine. I keep trying to give them my business, but they make it feel like I'm asking them to carry my package across the country on foot. The vibe is: "Why are you here, and how quickly can you leave?" By the time I walk out, I feel like I've survived an emotional obstacle course. Honestly, if attitude and unhelpfulness were Olympic sports, this store would take home the gold every year. Never using UPS again. Went to this location to ship a package. Was quoted a higher shipping cost than what was quoted online so I went home to print the shipping label. I used the exact measurements they used in the store to print the label. Later UPS surcharge me an additional fee for using the exact dimensions and weight THEY measured. Regardless, even with the surcharge, I paid less than what this location charges. read more

This is the closest UPS store to me. I have never had any problems regarding packages or live scans. Everything has been pretty straight forward and quick. There are times when the store is busy but employees do a good job of acknowledging those of us that are waiting. They need better customer service. I walked in today with an unopened box and the tape was off on one side. The lady at the register said she was gonna charge me a dollar to tape it. I have gone to a different UPS store in the past and they would tape it up for free. Just beware the place will Nico and dime you for every little thing. Horrible service, staff are rude! First time, i had my dad brought my Amazon package there for return and i was waiting in my car but when my dad came out he said the staff only scanned the label on the box and didn't scan the QR code in his phone so i felt like something not right, i came in the store right away and told them they may got the wrong label because i knew the label on the box was the shipping label that used to send the package to me but they assured me that they did the right job, they even said that if I don't receive the refund from Amazon just call them and say that i dropped it off at UPS store already and give them the tracking number. By next morning, ups delivered me back my package that i dropped off yesterday for return which was ridiculous, i had to bring that package back to return AGAIN and I told them this is what i tried to tell you yesterday that you got the wrong label. i was served by an older Asian man, he got mad and yelled at me that i have to take off the old label. I have returned hundreds of Amazon packages and they never tell me anything like that, I just tell them Amazon return and they just scan my phone and put a new label on. And then today, i brought another Amazon package there for return and I also took off the old label like the old man told me and the guy whoever served me said to me that i must have the original box for this item or if not i have to pack this item in another box. i tried to tell him that is the original box but he keep saying that it not and want me to even buy a box there or bring it back home and put it in another box. so i told him that was the original box, it had a shipping label on it but i took it off and the guy said no you have to keep the old label on, the original box must have the old shipping label and he even talked to me with a bad attitude. i don't understand why they told me different things to do and wth i have to do before returning Amazon packages????
