I needed to have a document notarized. The website let me make an appointment, but when I got to the store, I was told they didn't have a notary. The young man working at the counter was helpful, but he shouldn't have to deal with this issue. After reading the other reviews, it sounds like he has to face disappointed customers all the time. UPS needs to fix this, and only offer appointments at the stores that offer the service.
