I was given a QR code to use at any UPS location to process my return, and I was told I did not need anything else. I was happy to know this store was able to take my QR code. However, the employee told me I had to put the item in a bag or box. I ended up paying $7 for a plastic bag to send my return. The young girl with long black hair was helpful, but had a condescending attitude. My advice to anyone reading this review and wanting to avoid overpaying for packaging is to bring your own box or bag, even if the seller did not require you to do so. read more

This place is busy and under staffed. The Manager of the store told me to come back for the fingerprints, as the machine they use is by a third party so, prints start at 9am. Came back at 10:30, which gave them some extra time. Well, as soon as I come in and awaiting to print my form and have my fingerprints done, the one tech/Manger who does them leaves and states he would be back in about an hour. Poor customer service, as he knew I came in to have my print completed, as I spoke with him about it when I came into the store at 8am. If he wants to leave early or not do his job, he needs to hire more staff. I wasted gas and my time coming to this place. They need to hire more staff, since the owner or Manager doesn't want to work and provide top tier customer service. read more

Shoutout to Meet (I believe that is the shortened version of her name)! I came in to have some documentation notarized and she provided TOP NOTCH service for the duration of my visit. Meet was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. For whatever reason, some UPS locations aren't able to utilize business account codes- but she still helped me out so I could get my documents out the door and on the move in a timely manner! Even at her busiest moments, she assisted each customer in an orderly fashion, which kept everyone moving at a good pace. I had to go here to print a few documents and fax out. I made a mistake and didnt have the fax number with me, so the employees offered to fax it for me if I called back with the number. Meet and Nalleli went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get it out for me later that day, so many issues on my end and they did everything the could to make it work. I had a terrible experience with this UPS Store. I had won two items through an online auction house in Glendale, Arizona and wanted to see about getting these items packed and shipped to me. Called this UPS store and spoke with a lady named Meet to get a quote. Meet said they would pack and ship them for $240 total. The shipping place that the auction house uses was going to charge me $330 to pack and ship the items so I told Meet to go ahead and pick them up for shipping. She went to the auction house and found that the shipping place the auction house uses had already picked up the items. I called this other shipping place and found they had already packed up the items so they had to unpack them and return them to the auction house. Meet then went and picked up the items at the auction house and took them back to her UPS store and packed them. Once she had them packed up, she called me and told me the total was going to be $473 (not the $240 as she first quoted me). I told her she had quoted me $240 before and this higher quote was way more than the $330 the other place was going to charge. Told her I was not going to pay her $473 and that she could just take the items back to the auction house if she was going to pull this on me. She said if she returned them to the auction house, she would have to charge me $85 which was her charge to pack them. I told her that this was unfair and that I would be filing a complaint with UPS against her. he then said that maybe she could put the items into a smaller boxes to see if this would lower the shipping charges. I told her to see if she could do this and later she contacted me and said she was able to do this and now the total price was $296 which was closer to the original amount of $240 she had quoted me. I went ahead and paid her just to get the items sent to me. Wanted others to know about her bait-and-switch tactics and to be leery of a low shipping quote from her. What caught me off guard was how nice she was when I first contacted her as she didn't seem to be the type person that would pull this, but was I ever wrong. read more

Terrible customer service, they don't want to help people. Awful. Don't take your Amazon returns there. The manager was not comfortable with my return because I didn't have 2 labels for 2 items that were identical. Amazon wanted me to send them back with 1 label. I asked her if she would tape the boxes together and put the label on it. She said Amazon made a mistake and needed to go home and call them. I said, "Amazon is automated and they want me to send this back together, can you tape the boxes together?" Everything I asked her to do was a, "No". I asked if I could use her tape, "No". So if you want to be told you have to go home and contact Amazon and sit on the phone for an hour and be told you can't use 10 cents worth of their tape and if you want to talk to a rude, incompetent person, then this is the place to go. Update: I took my Amazon return to the UPS store on Bell and 53rd Ave, by Kohls and had no problems. I won't be going to the 59th and Beardsley UPS location anymore. read more

Two words to describe UPS Store #3780, incompetent and rude! I closed my PO Box after they kept messaging me for other people's mail but not my own multiple times. Upon cancelling, the guy said they would call me if I got mail there to forward so I shouldn't do a forwarding address. Which was good because USPS will not forward mail from a UPS any way. Well my mail kept getting returned and I called to speak with them as to why. Leslie was rude and just kept repeating that he would have the "owner" call me before HANGING UP on me when his advice to setup a forwarding address didn't satisfy me because it was not even an option. I had a great experience here today. I came in to get finger prints done but was politely told finger prints had stopped at 4pm. I started looking for other options but she could tell I was anxious to get them done. I was then asked why I needed them and I told her the reason, she then realized it was urgent and even though she was clearly very busy and understaffed she said she would do the finger prints for me. I can't thank this place enough for helping me in a situation that I had caused by waiting until the last minute. This UPS store is not the closest to me and I can't promise to always give it business, but whenever I can I most certainly will! read more

Location is incorrect on yelp map, though the address is correct. The correct location is on the NW corner of 59th ave. & the 101, in the FRY's shopping area. Great service here and short lines during the day (except for holiday season of course). They're always helpful with providing an appropriate box and don't get nasty when I show up with a box that isn't sealed yet - they have nice tape!! read more

Recently visited this UPS Store to find it under new management, with a fresh new look and a pleasant, informative, and helpful staff. These guys know their stuff, and helped me print a presentation as well as find the most cost effective way to pack and ship the presentation along with a series of fragile promotional materials (all with a smile!). It's hard to find quality customer service these days, but this store is a rare gem. I highly recommend this UPS Store! read more

Mailed a package for overnight delivery. The package was delivered 3 days later. I called to get a refund for the $48.00 I was chartered for overnight delivery and the guy stated I need to speak to the owner and the owner works at a different store... I asked for number and was told he would send the owner an email and request the owner to call me back...... never got a call back. Call a week later and the same guy has no memory of the call..... plenty of other ups stores around. Never going back to that ups store. read more

Went to this store today as I needed to print some documents from my email. ( Just moved here and my printer has not arrived. ) Locatuon charges a $5 minimum fee just to use the computer for a quick print plus charging for the copies (which I am ok with.) If your not a person that looks like you are a resident from Sun City or that type of look, DO NOT GO HERE! They will mistreat and dismiss you as if your dumb and illiterate like they continue treating my best friend. I wish someone that actually is human would own and run this place for once. This place is getting away with a lot of discrimination issues big time. That's why they hired their token to protect themselves of a possible law suit. They need to because they do not treat everyone as equals. Horrible experience. Dropped a package off on Saturday, June 16th to be mailed to California. Was told it would arrive on Thursday, June 21st. When it wasn't received, I pulled up the tracking and discovered it wasn't even picked up until 4:33pm on June 21st -- when it should have been in California. Called and spoke with Jason, who -- when I asked if I could talk to a manager -- said he was it, only to find out that he was actually an associate. Asked to speak with a manager, and Nick Lauletta, the owner, called me back. He was quite rude and only offered to refund half of the package but more importantly, when I asked what in the heck happened, the only response I received (repeatedly) was "I don't know, couldn't tell ya." It was as if he just didn't care. If you actually want your package to be shipped out, and not sit for six days like mine, don't use this location. This was my first and last using the 59th/Beardsley location. I've had nothing but *great* service at the location on Bell Road, between 51st Ave and 59th Ave near Kohls -- 5350 W Bell Rd Ste 122 · (623) 298-5411. read more
