I come to this store multiple times a week first thing in the morning when they open since that's when I drop my daughter at school. There is one lady who is so sweet and helpful and always opens the store on time (She gets 5 stars!). However, every time the other lady is working, the store opens late because she can't ever get to work on time. This morning I lugged my infant in her car seat along with my packages through the parking pour just to find that once again, she was late. I waited for 15 minutes before realizing there was no sign of her opening anytime soon and had to lug everything back to my car and go to a different location. She gets 0 stars as this is not the first or even second or third time this has happened when she's working. read more

I have gone to this store for Amazon returns twice and each time the salespeople were rude. The first time I was charged for a label that wasn't needed and the next time I went, the sale person merely needed to scan the code. Instead she took the item out of the box it came in and told me I had to take the box because they don't recycle. Seemed pretty crazy and the tone that was used was less than polite. First off, this location is very slow. I waited 15 minutes with just one guy ahead of me to be served. Granted the woman was working by herself and I would have given them 3 stars but the following reason is why I give this location a 1 star. I needed something fax. That's easy, right? Fill out the cover sheet, it goes through the fax machine and viola! Not at this location. The woman grabbed my papers and started scanning them. She handed me a sticky note and asked me to write my email and the phone number of the place (Which was a medical office) that the faxes were being sent to. She then went in the back for about 5 minutes. She literally scanned and used an online service to fax something over instead of using a fax machine because I got an email shortly after she did that with the company she used. Yes, I was charged to have someone scan and send something via an online service. Since I was already running late to work as she took her sweet time, I didn't have time to argue about the security of scanning medical forms and sending them via an online service. If you have important paperwork or personal stuff that needs to be faxed, just don't go here. Actually just don't go here at all. 67th and Happy Valley is much better. read more

So rude all of them I had to do fingerprints for work all employees were rude and had an attitude plus I had to come back two days in a row because their ladies wouldn't take my multiple forms of secondary Id because they didn't know how to put it into the system. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I was a regular at this location and had no complaints, even when the service was slow until today. I've printed large amounts of paper at various locations for years, never paying more than $15 for 100 papers. When I tried to get my papers printed at this location, a new girl that had started working, was unable to get the printers to work and when they finally did, the owner gave me a price of $40?! FOR PRINTED PAPER. I refused the transaction and said I wouldn't take the papers and leave because I did not agree with the price. The new girl tried to threaten me with the cops, which I later found out that even if they did show up, I would not have been at fault not obligated for this. Regardless, she was absolutely unprofessional and rude. They also told me that they were unable to print it back and front and that it wouldn't make a difference. The new girl tried to rudely explain what a franchise was to me and the owner was relying on this girl to make the decisions for her. The owner also tried to say that if I were to print online it would still be $40. When I had mentioned that I'll pay it and talk to a hire up; the new girl tried to tell me the lady I was talking to was the owner. But guess what? It's a FRANCHISE right?! So there's ALWAYS a hire up and I had a pleasure speaking to them It does make me really upset that I'm even writing such a negative review and that I had to talk to a hire up because I was very fond of the owner and developed a good relationship, up to now. Should have made better hiring decisions. I had gone across the street to 59th and the 101, had them show me the online website and uploaded my documents with color and black and white and it came to a grand total of $9.75. If you would like better locations in area that won't scam or threaten you, the one on happy valley and 67th ave or the one on 59th ave and the 101 are fabulous and the employees are great! read more

The two women who always help me at this location are continually wonderful to work with. I'm an avid Amazon shopper so I frequent many UPS stores over town and have almost never had a good experience until I moved into this area. I injured my knee and am unable to leave my house but had some important business that I needed to do immediately. Suzette and the manager worked together to print off my emails and fax them to the company for me. They allowed me to pay over the phone and send me copies of everything via email. That is above and beyond what a regular company would have done. That was my closest store and even though I have moved will make the drive to stay with them at this location. It's definitely worth it!!! I will be bringing them Starbucks or lunch when I am back in my feet. read more

I come here pretty often and I never, not once, have had poor customer service. I usually see the same staff- a woman and a guy . They are nice.. they do their jobs. I am usually frazzled and unorganized when I come in , yet, they remain patient and Friendly. Today, the girl helped me ship $600.00 worth of packages. She was efficient and worked with urgency. Despite this, a line formed ( ok people- shipping that volume takes time, chill out!!) and some people were rude. I think the negative reviews are from people like this- I would like to know what the staff could do differently in this situation. While I was being helped, the guy on staff assisted people in line. Poor customer service. This UPS store has not been the same since the original owner passed. She was friendly and kind and cared for all her customers. We had been going there for 8 years but after today will never return. The girl was rude, unfriendly and frankly didn't care. When I asked for the owners name she refused but told be to go online and comment. So, here I am!! I will be sure to spread my negative experience with all. They advertise Notary service. Stopped in at 12:15, the young man had to walk to the back and ask if they do Notary service. He came back and said she stopped. I asked who has stopped. He said the person who has does the Notary. Stopped what I asked. He said she is done for the day. Come back tomorrow. I said so she is here. Yes. I said So she doesn't feel like doing anymore today.  Reply-Yes. Wow. The worst customer service ever!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I would give it zero stars if I could. Went in to return some equipment for Spectrum internet services, per the spectrum representative I could take it to any UPS store. The young man that was working was working was very condescending with his remarks and instead of just saying sorry our store owner does not do this service he said well you are told one thing and yet there is one thing you are told then proceeds to just talk around the fact they don't do this at this store and finally just says the store owner doesn't do it. I went to another store the next day and received excellent courteous service. This is the second time I have had crappy services this location and will not ever use them again. read more

Parking spaces located right out front with specific reserved spot as well for ups store. I would strongly agree that this INDEPENDENT UPS FRANCHISE is completely unprofessional. UPS Corporate does not take ownership of this franchise, nor the 4 other locations associated with this owner. Unfortunately, I just happened to stop by with a international shipment and you would think that the employee behind the counter would be able to kindly assist me with my transaction. To my dismay, he was rude and said he could not read the label. I asked if he could help look up the address (there was no line), his response, NO. I look it up on my phone, go to show it to him, he snaps READ IT. Then he snaps " YOU'RE NOT READING IT RIGHT, IT'S A CANADIAN ADDRESS. He is making me nervous, sticking papers at me to sign, rushing me. I am asking about the papers and he is helping other customers, being perfectly delightful to them. I am upset at this point and I ask him for copies of the paperwork. Jared snaps at me NO, you get a receipt. I said I will pay for the xerox copies...you get the point. Of course I call UPS customer service. I used to work for them 25 years ago! Things have changed. I had to call the store owner. The mysterious KRISHNA!!! No one knows Krishna I was told by Jared, and Eena and another employee. Like the WIZARD OF OZ! I have to talk to the Mgr. deena or deana (very picky about her name). It took forever to reach her and she she finally called me back I wish she never did. Deena was impatient, untruthful, threatening and I kid you not screamed at me I was a racist before she hung up the phone. To this day Nothing has been resolved. But really, I never even met Deena/Deana the store Mgr . so why in the world would she scream at me that I am a racist. I had a very frustrating morning finding someone to help package and ship some Hazard material for me. After visiting a "competitors" store and being sent away to call other locations (no they did not offer to find one for me) and calling several other stores, I decided to try UPS. I tried calling this location but got a answering machine. I decided to not leave a message, I just wanted to try a different location. As I was calling another location, I had a call coming in from this location. They called me back just based on Caller ID. I explained everything I was doing and if they could help. The lady on the phone was very sweet and extremely helpful with all the questions I had involving the hazard material and how to keep the item cool during shipping. When I arrived at the store, they were extremely helpful and very nice. The process was very quick and they took care of everything for me without any hassle. I definitely recommend this store and next time I need to ship anything, I will be going back to them for sure! Had I only known earlier in the day, I could have saved myself the headache. read more

There is a reason I am not the only one posting one of many negative reviews about the Arrowhead 67th Avenue and 101 UPS store. To make a very long story as short as possible, I had an issue with a delivery that I had shipped to this location. This was the second time I used this UPS station to hold my delivery; the first time was problem free. The second time around, my package could not be located, even though I was notified by the shipper that it was received and UPS customer service confirmed that DEENA had signed for it at that address. When I called and got Deena on the phone, without even introducing herself or asking how she could help me, she immediately launched into very matter-of-factly and defensively declaring that there was no way she had received my package. When I started to explain that I had verified delivery with UPS and had even used the service successfully just a couple weeks earlier, she rudely cut me off by interjecting, "HOLD ON!" In full disclosure, I was so taken aback at her abrasive interruption, my involuntary reaction was to under my breath exclaim, "Geezus." She retorted, "You can 'geezus' me all you want, ma'am, but ..." and continued in her agitated voice giving me a one-sided talking TO. The entire encounter was her arguing and lecturing me about their processes and speaking to me as if I were a child she was scolding with her abrasive temperament and blatantly condescending tone. She did not once offer me assistance in finding out where my package disappeared to and definitely gave no apology even in generic customer service terms. She was bloody awful. I have lived in this area for over 20 years, and never has anyone at our neighborhood business treated me so nastily. Even though this is the closest UPS location, I will avoid it now all costs until, if and when, someone else is in charge. I understand from the other reviews that she owns multiple locations. I intend to find out which ones and boycott them all. I've never had a bad experience with UPS itself, but they need to have closer oversight to ensure their franchisees delivering the company standards, and I'm sure Deena is not how they want UPS represented. read more

So I'm at The UPS Store I pay extra on Thursday so it will be delivered by Saturday it's a Mother's Day gift and of course it did not happen as of today Mother's Day it looks like it won't happen until maybe tomorrow and the best part is the gentleman who wrote out the bill of lading without the wrong address so make sure you complete it yourself or double check who fills it out other than that I don't know what else to say except for how disgusted I am... as far as I'm concerned UPS sucks read more

I visited the store today for a notary service. I needed to have the copy of an original certified. The original was provided and she made the copy of the original herself. As the document was not in English she refused to notarize that the copy was an actual copy of an original. She stated "that is against the law". What a way to treat foreign nationals. I will never frequent that store again. Another notary provided the necessary service 10 minutes later with a smile and a welcoming attitude towards foreigners. read more

Went in to return my iPhone because I upgraded and the kid working the front simply set my phone down on the counter never packaged it. I asked if he was going to and he said yes. Well guess what?! Kept trying to track the phones delivery back to Verizon and it couldn't ever bring up any info on the package. Why? Because the kid took it! So now I'm paying Verizon over $1000 for a phone they never received. Tried to talk to a manager... never there. Refused to connect me with someone higher up. This is my favorite UPS store, primarily for its location in a very pleasant shopping center that is convenient to my house. However, I feel compelled to share a recent experience. I had to send two important pieces of mail, so I went to this store to have them sent by registered mail, which cost about $25 for the two items. Imagine my surprise when a couple of weeks later one of the envelopes showed up in my own mailbox. Apparently the employee at the UPS store had failed to put on the postage. I remember the transaction well, because the store was empty and the employee was very slow moving. He had nothing else to focus on but that transaction, so I wonder what might happen if the day is busy? When I went in to discuss the situation and re-send the item, the lady was very nice and apologetic, but I still wasted the money sending it registered, and unfortunately the net result on my end was an $86 penalty for my payment being late. So basically they cost me 100 bucks. Hopefully this was just a one-off mistake. I am still a customer but I will definitely keep my receipts and track items myself in the future read more

Small location adjacent to AJ's in the AJ's shopping center, right next to where the old Ritz camera location used to be. Normally quick service here with polite staff, and parking is decent too. I also like that they have their own dedicated spot right in front of the door entrance. read more

Wow! I am shocked at all of the negative reviews. It does not matter what time of year I come here or who is on duty, I have NEVER had a negative interaction. The employees are always patient, even if I am disorganized or they are busy. I go out of my way to come to this location because they are unfailingly professional and kind every time. I actually expected some attitude during the holidays, but there was none. When I need to ship on my dime (not Amazon's free returns), they always make sure they quote me the cheapest shipping as well as the others so I am not pushed into a more expensive option. I've been coming here since 2011 or so and never had one problem. read more
