    There is a charge of $1.50 for using a small piece of duct tape for the box. Avoid this unpleasant location.

    They charge $1.50 for a tiny piece of tape, and the service is unfriendly and rude. I recommend going to another location.

    Look for Ellie with her super cool blue hair! She will help you get in and out.

    Super cute little UPS where you can get in and out easily. ( one down from 7-11) Excellent customer service from Ellie who is a mom of three. UPS should give her a raise and a promotion ASAP! What a lovely young lady taking care of business. Thank you, UPS! Thank you Ellie!

    Please trust a review from somebody who comes to this UPS four times a week; and please take the time to consider why my experience is more valid than say a one time visitor... I CHOOSE to come here, even though my buisness is 2 cities away. I can't leave a good team of effective employees! Why would somebody even rate a mailbox place 5 Stars? It's because the people who work here are absolutely wonderful, helpful, smart, and have fabulous work ethics. It's nice to see a kind face and be helped when you're a solo buisness owner, like myself, by your unofficial co-workers in the "mailroom" ( Well I guess you could say that there are the coworkers that I chose) I especially want to call out Raina (which means Queen! How fitting) she is always nice and goes above and beyond to help me and answer questions. I don't even need to tell her what my mailbox number is she's has everyone memorized! I feel like I've said my peace, And I hope you consider what I had to say and you will honor that my experience as someone who has come here for YEARS is the accurate view and testimony of the location, as opposed to someone who doesn't know the difference between UPS and a post office. Please don't be swayed by that bad information If I were to change anything about the store what would i do? I would just let you know that the parking lot is very tight and is usually filled, Especially because of the barbershop next door.

    UPDATE - 2/2/26 I wanted to update because ownership has…read morereached out to discuss this. THIS is how responsible businesses respond to clients. The new labeling system I complained about is in a trial period. The numerous complains I had about it were mentioned by other clients, and ownership has acknowledged the issues. They are as disappointed with the product as we are and are looking at solutions. I will restore the missing star because this is how you deal with issues. I've been a very long-time client - over 20 years - ever since they were Box Brothers, and were located at what is now Jeni's Ice Cream. I've consistently given them 5 stars - for attention, politeness, and always service with a smile. David Goodman kept his businesses running smoothly, always improving things. He was almost always at the Los Feliz location, up to the very end. A recent change in their package notification system has me writing this review. I removes any form of verification from the customer; there's no way to audit that we are in fact getting the packages we're signing for. Please read update as they are aware of the problem and in the process of solving it.

    Disappointed with the customer service at this location…read more I entered the building three minutes before closing to finish writing an address in the mail room. When I turned to enter the main area to ship the item, an employee locked the door in front of me--despite having seen me enter before 5:00. When I knocked and said, "You saw me come in before 5," I was told, "You should have been in this room. We close at 5," after which the lights were turned off. I then watched other employees laugh, which was a particularly professional touch. I understand closing time policies. What I don't understand is being treated rudely when I was already inside the building and attempting to complete a transaction in good faith. After a long workday, this interaction felt dismissive and unnecessary. I'll be returning to speak with the manager, as basic courtesy shouldn't end the moment the clock hits 5:00.

    Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at the Atwater Post Office…read more I went in simply to purchase a money order and needed to split the payment--$500 on my debit card and the remainder in cash. This should not have been an issue. However, the clerk told me I could not tap my debit card and that I needed the physical card. When I explained that I paid for a money order the exact same way last month at this same location, she dismissively said, "It's new." That makes absolutely no sense. If this is truly a "new" policy, it's clearly not being communicated consistently or professionally. It completely defeats the purpose of having a debit card stored securely on my phone if I'm suddenly not allowed to use it--especially when I wasn't attempting anything unsafe or unusual. I wasn't bypassing a PIN or doing anything improper. The lack of consistency, poor explanation, and unhelpful attitude made a simple transaction unnecessarily stressful. This post office seriously needs better training, clearer policies, and improved customer service. I left annoyed and disappointed over something that should have taken minutes.
