    United States Postage went up in prices. A regular envelope is fifty-cents. Blame inflation. I am. Well, If you have old postage stamps, do note that USPS does not conduct trade-ins anymore... However, you can purchase postage for the owning balance or double-up on that old postage. Or just purchase new postage to have on hand for that occasional envelope.

    I've been a loyal Meest customer for over 3 years, but this recent experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. I shipped an air package (tracking CV821430206US) on April 8, 2025, after a Meest representative assured me it would be delivered on time within 2 weeks. Instead, it arrived on May 19 - over a month late. According to the New York office, the original container arrived in Ukraine on April 17, 2025. However, there was an attempted theft involving 26-28 packages, including mine. My package was eventually found and only shipped nearly a month later, causing a huge delay. The package contained valuable personal items and a birthday gift, and the delay completely ruined the timing and meaning of the delivery. During the delay, I contacted Meest customer service multiple times. I was told the package was lost and under investigation, but LA office gave conflicting updates - one day it was found, the next day no one knew where it was. Promises of callbacks were never kept. I submitted several claims and emails, all ignored. I had to track the shipment myself with no real help. I also sent a formal complaint requesting a refund or discount, giving them 7 business days to respond, but I received no reply at all-not even an acknowledgment. To this day, Meest has offered no refund, no discount, and no apology for the delay, the poor communication, or the ruined delivery. If you're planning to send gifts or valuable items, please be very careful. Meest makes promises they don't keep, offers no accountability, and shows a complete lack of care for loyal customers.
