Terrible customer service. I had a QR code that stated UPS would package and ship my package for me and Christian the store manager and his team member insisted I purchase a box to ship my package. As I was waiting in line again to purchase tape another customer came in and encountered the same problem. This store has zero customer service. I've used UPS forever and of course there are package screwups but there has always been a level of customer service. Like most reviews I've read with negative stars, I received the same treatment after informing the staff this will be an international delivery. The first remark from the agent was " have you sent a package International before? Let me tell you it's going to be expensive". I was taken back as I felt I was disturbing them by trying to us UPS a well known courier for my package. We continued and the agent quoted us $500 for delivery. He just simply told us it's up to you if you want to send it. Needs less to say we left. We yelped near by shipping locations and found a local store near us. As soon as we arrived the atmosphere was different. She informed us that the prices were based by size and weight. She assisted us in finding the right box for our items. She even helped us package the items. The agent quoted the price for 3 different couriers, UPS being one of them and all were in the range of $125.. Wow !!!! UPS was $4 cheaper. Due to the bitter taste left by the store this review is for we chose FedEx. This was a birthday present for my son currently abroad and we can't be with him due to flying restrictions. Most rude and lazy UPS store I ever been to. I called the UPS store and asking how much they charge to print out label and the person told me it's $1 and all I need to do is email it to their store email address. Then when I came into the store, this lazy guy told me to use the computer to do it and it's going to be a $4 fees for using the computer. Horrible customer service. read more

UPS always gets a bad rep I don't know why but every time I come to this store granted yes they are busy majority of the time but they are always working hard and efficiently to try and get everyone in and out as fast as possible. I have always had a pleasant experience coming here as they are my local ups store. They are always willing to help customers with packaging, returns, shipping info, etc. I highly recommend that you come with your package prepared and ready to ship. This will make it not just Easier for them but the lines will go faster for us. I'm so glad I met Pilar. She was wonderful I hope I spelled her name correctly. In the past, I have came to this ups and been helped by some lady I believe her name is Giselle. It was something like that, she was awful. The line would be so long and she look like she hated her job. Pilar, in comparison did a phenomenal job. I was shocked I didn't wait long at all. Seriously, I always wait 30mins!!! I am not kidding with Giselle. Let me tell you, this lady Pilar is older than the one I dislike but age is nothing compare to service. She handled the line like a rock star!!! She was quick on her feet, she knew what she was talking about with my label issue and went above and beyond to help me while managing the line still. Woow, I was so impressed. I needed to give her a shout out. This place felt sketchy! My package was stolen from my property, so i had my replacement package delivered to the nearest Ups store. I get a notice my package arrived, so i drive to this location for pick up. I handed my ID to the owners sister and she said my name wasn't in their system. I then pointed to the package that resembles mine and she repeated my name isn't on their system. After the 3rd time asking her to check she finally did and was speechless that my name was on that package. She then went on to try and get a hold of her sister (which was unreachable), then tried to charge me $5 for simply receiving the package!, even though i already paid shipping. After basically holding my package hostage she later gave me my package and said next time i will be charged. Thats when i realized this location is a franchise and doesn't operate like the actual company it represents. read more

The young lady at this store was so nice! I had so many errands to complete is a short period of time...I came in with packages unboxed because I was just all over the place. This place has terrible customer service. The young man who works there is the worst. We came by today at 1pm. The sign said "open" and the hours posted said the place was open until 9pm. I could see the guy in there and he saw me try to open the door. It was locked. He didn't even bother to look up to tell me it was closed. It wasn't until we stood there trying to get his attention that he was forced to look up and quickly made a sign that it was closed. Terrible place. I had the worst experience here. The owner and her sister are very unhelpful. The sister of the owner is very very rude and unprofessional. 1.) My package said it was delivered there but she said it was not there. I checked my tracking it had the address. The sister advised me to go the UPS store in Gardena (EVEN AFTER I SHOWED HER IT WAS THIS ADDRESS). I left quickly and while driving to the Gardena location I called and a young man answered. He was very professional and he helped me more than the sister did over the phone. He checked if my package was there and he said no and told me it was sent to THIS location. I told him what happened and he also agreed that she was unprofessional and wished me luck. I went back to the sister at this location and she was rude with me after she had wrongfully sent me off to the other location. She became verbally combative toward me and I had to ask her to please let me finish my phone call with customer service. YES I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE I WAS NOT BEING PROPERLY CUSTOMER SERVICED IN STORE. To boot, the sister was on a PERSONAL CALL!!!! Customer service told me to call amazon quickly because I explained to them that how could the OWNER receive a package (customer service gave her name as the recipient, I asked who that was and the sister said the owner, her sister). Customer service advised me to call amazon and report my package missing. WHY IS MY PACKAGE MISSING AFTER THE OWNER RECEIVED IT? DID SHE RECEIVE "AIR" & SIGN OFF AS RECEIVED? How could someone not have my package after they received it? It did not make sense to me. SUSPICIOUS! Overall, the sister was very rude, unprofessional, and was not fit to assist customers. She also seemed very flustered as if she could not manage, and she made me feel like a bother or nuisance. It's clear that she needs more training in her job duties and customer service. The package was a Christmas gift for my daughter which I never received. 2) I saw my neighbors package and they gave me my her package. No ID necessary. I just said that's my neighbor I can give it to her right now. I'm an honest person so that's what I did but geez, that was rather easy. I could've been anyone. read more

I've been going to this store for years now. It was a okay. I would drop off my packages in sealed reused boxes or bags and had no problems. Today after waitressing the poor behavior of the new staff I won't be going back. I saw a staff member pull down her mask repeatedly, allowing people to cut the line (causing the number of people inside to be over the number posted on door). Than when I handed my package I was told to buy one of their official boxes. Amazon stated that I didn't need to repackage my item just take down and show code. read more
