I use this store for mailing, mail delivery and business services. I give them an A+. The staff are pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. If I receive a parcel, I am always notified promptly. I recently have expanded my business and needed to develop my marketing material to work in another state and have worked with Eric for the past few weeks. Great place. Very helpful and cheerful people. They have ALL the office services that you could ask for. Been a customer there for over 10 years. I use the mailbox service; have had them make a beautiful full color name tag for my business, have had posters printed and mounted there and they really know how to pack and ship delicate items. I've had them do brochures, Banners, hanging signs, booklets, even magnetic signs for my trucks. The work is always done on time, super high quality and I've been happy with the prices I have paid. I've used this store several times in the past. Staff is helpful and quick. Today I tried a UPS store further up the Eastern hill because it was closer to me. I was mailing a small box to southern California, where UPS Ground guarantees overnight delivery, and in the past it's always arrived overnite like the UPS website says. Well, at this other UPS store the guy tried to Upsell me to pay him for overnight. When I explained to him that the UPS website said it's overnight by UPS ground and I've done that before, he said no it's not for sure (yes it is) and I'd have to send it overnight. I knew he was wrong, so I came back down to this UPS Store. Once again, as usual, I was assured that I was correct, UPS ground does do overnight to Southern Cal. Then as usual, they processed my package and I was out in less than a minute, having only paid ground fees. These guys won't try to upsell you. I'm going to stick with them. read more

I am a personal assistant. I was off work 6 weeks with pneumonia. On returning to work I went to pick up her mail (one of my duties for the past 20 months). I had forgotten my key so I asked an employee who knew me for the key. As he walked over to open the box for me the manager came running after us and said 'No one was to get that mail per the owner". He immediately tried grabbing the mail from my hand and in the process actually sprained my hand. He repeatedly "told me to put the mail down and leave and that he was calling the police". I quietly told him to call the police because I was calling the owner who was getting her hair done. He would not shut up about calling the police. When I got the box owner on the phone she spoke to him and he gave me the mail. The next day I went in their with my key. I asked to speak to him. He came out and I told him that he had really hurt my hand the day before and if the police had come he would have been arrested for assault and senior abuse (I am 65 years old). Then he started screaming like a mad man again for me to get out of his store. I went to the box and got the mail. On my way out he told me to never come back. I said " Ms. ______ is really going to like that fat ass. So He called he while she was in a doctors office getting a transfusion and told her I was NEVER allowed in his store again. I really think that rather than acting like a maniac the first day he should have just offered to phone the box owner instead of causing such a scene. It is a terrible inconvenience for my boss as the UPS store is halfway between my house and hers so now I have to pick her up and back track so she can go inside to pick up her own mail. He also changed her lock. When she tried to use her key it didn't work. When he gave her 3 new keys, only one of them worked. I guess the Regional Manager over this UPS store is not aware of this man's lack of people skills. read more

I don't suggest using the services of this business under any circumstances. I went in to have a document notarized. I needed 3 originals each with 2 witnesses. I was charged $45. The price is outrageous considering banks charge nothing and there are many other notaries with much less fees. When I told the owner/manager Matthew that his fees were a "rip off" he tried to tell me it was a federal law. That is bogus information. So in summary, they will lie to you, not tell you what fees you are expected to pay and then way over charge for their services. read more

This is the only UPS Store I would ever use. Owners Dave and Matt McGovern, and their cordial staff, are as helpful as could be. Their prices are competitive and they always go the extra mile to give good advice and assure that the customer is satisfied. I commission the printing of event programs several times a year, and Matt especially is accurate and thorough in working with me to produce a perfect product. He uses the same design software that I do, which makes it easy to exchange files by email and then visit the store to make sure the end product meets my high standards. This store is normally great but there is a lady who forces me each time to buy a UPS box or bag for my item and tells me if I don't then I can't ship the item. I ship from this location regularly and I also go to other locations as well and I ship pretty much the same types of items in the same type of inclosure and never have a problem. I have all my paperwork and shipping labels correct for each product that's needs to be delivered. The first time she forced me to buy another box even though my item was already securely inclosure in a box and charge me an extra 2 dollars on top of the box original cost. I can only describe her as a taller lady with glasses and brown hair. If you've been to that store I'm positive you know exactly who I am talking about without me describing her any further. It's causing me even more inconvenience since now I have to drive to another UPS location just to have my item ship. Like I said initially the store is great but her being there and not having her action corrected from multiple occasions is why this store is getting a low rating. read more

Excellent service! I went in to ship some packages via UPS and then realized they had printing services as well. I had them help me with some graphics for business brochures and handle the printing of them. They had fast service and the brochures came out really nice. As I am not computer savvy at all, it was a huge help. The brochures were done on the same day. Very pleased with the result and I will be using them again. read more

I go to this location frequently, and many times over the last two years. We use ups daily for our business, and I use them for shipping for my secondary small business. I always come in with everything ready to go...I will greet both of the gentleman one with brown hair and glasses, and the other taller with gray hair good morning, say please and thank you, and these guys look at me like I am from Mars! They never say hello, your welcome , or speak to me at all unless to ask if I want a receipt. Today I had a pile of packages and was struggling to open the door and the taller gray haired gentleman (which is a giant stretch since he has clearly forgotten his manners just stood behind the counter staring at me. There were no customers in the store. I am very disappointed with this location and their staffs lack of basic manners!!! I frequently see that they are hiring so owners ...you dave and Matt Mcgovern get these guys some training! I can understand how someone can have a bad day, but this is every time I come in for over 2 years! It's no wonder you are constantly re-staffing, the two grouches are running everyone off...including you customers. This needs to change ...and pronto. Greet people when they come in, if they say have a nice day say you too...if they say thank you you say your welcome. It's not only basic common courtesy, but basic manners. I am appalled at this behavior, and you need to address it. read more
