This UPS is store is not properly trained and it cost me $51.00. I re-used a box to ship my daughter stuff to UNR and it was flagged hazardous 2 days after leaving it at UPS store. Apparently part of a lithium battery sticker which is the reason it was flagged & returned back to store. I had received a voicemail from Kim stating that my shipment was lost, another one that it was flagged hazardous and she was confused as to what was going on and for me to come in. I finally go get my box and Kim shows my pieces of the lithium sticker and since I didn't remove it completely it was my fault causing the shipment to come back. So I asked her why would your employees put shipping label and saturday delivery sticker over som of the lithium sticker and not remove or ask me to remove - she replies " we missed it" seriously that's it - how do they miss it when they put labels on some parts of it. There services really suck! I stood there 20 minutes waiting to be helped with 2 people in front of me. Not one of the clerks even acknowledged me. Horrible customer service. It would jog been nice to at least receive some acknowledgement. All I needed to do is drop off an Amazon package. read more

I was in to the store today to return some Directv equipment and was helped by Ben. He was very friendly, helpful and quick to scan the equipment and get me all taken care of in no time. Pretty disappointed with UPS. I shipped a medium size box from this Eastern Ave UPS store last week, not only was it $20+ dollars more to ship than FEDEX but it barely arrived in one piece. I would expect this type of poor handling from USPS but not UPS. I will only use FEDEX in the future. read more

This UPS store is the best! Matthew and his team are always friendly and efficient and I so much appreciate them continuing to serve our community during these trying times. The store is the largest and most well-stocked UPS store I have ever seen and the number of different services they provide makes it so convenient (from shipping and mailboxes, to printing (large and small jobs, including graphic design), passports and notary. Owners are total asswipes. [David & Matthew McGovern].. They overcharge on all their services cost of mailboxes. USPS, charges $64.00, semi annually. These guys charge nearly three times that amount. Located next to the Smiths grocery store the I luuuuv so much, this place is really easy to find. Parking is a little on the sparse side, considering that their spots are right next to one of the doors to the grocery store. All the spaces get taken by people who don't wanna walk :/ This location is fairly standard. There were two guys working the counter, and they were nice. They answered any questions I had in a timely and pleasant fashion. I would visit again for sure. read more

Staff are not friendly. Totally disorganized store with the slowest service I have ever seen at any of these shippers or the post office. Then they are totally ignorant of the notary rules. I needed a document notarized for Canada the Canadian courts make you have the notary sign and stamp the cover page for each exhibit (which you do not have to do if you notary in Canada nor do you have to do this for US documents). I explained they may not be used to it and that I am forced to do this all the time and for years and that I needed those and was willing to pay for each signature. The rude manager said you will not do that in here. This was after I waited more than 40 minutes in line! I ran over to Wells Fargo got it all signed in 5 minutes then sent it using the very friendly and far more efficient Fedx office. far better to just use FEDX or the post office or another firm like postnet...avoid this store at all costs. I am so disappointed I will never use UPS ever again. read more

This UPS store is located in an upscale area where I live and consistently superior service can be expected by patrons from surrounding businesses. This store and its insolent staff is a clear Exception. They are exemplary at one thing:being very rude to customers In Particular Ben/Benjamin And the individual who identifies himself as the owner Matt/Matthew doesn't seem to care when it's brought to his attention, he has no comment one way or the other I'd strongly recommend against patronizing this establishment as these people have no clue about how customers should be treated. This morning I walked in to the store and a young lady shouldn't even call her young lady very rude Obnoxious person that works there her name is Bella. Does not acknowledge mean very rude very disrespectful does not say hello says right over here and then I put the box on the scale she asked me if I'm shipping. How stupid is to say or ask if I'm shipping even though I'm in a UPS store trying to mail an item. After telling her she was very rude and disrespectful does not acknowledge anything like I am beneath her I was wearing a tank top and shorts she assumed I was a homeless man that lives in Green Valley people when you walk into the store some most of the people are very nice some of them are very rude think they're better than you nobody should be treated like that. So I usually don't write reviews but I will for businesses that truly care about their customers. I called around looking for the best rate for color laminate prints and they told me they would price match any other store. I head over to the store and meet the graphic designer Eric and he helps me with every step of the way. He gives me the lowest price I could find as compared to other local businesses for my order and honors the yelp check in offer of 25%. I have my order and the prints look great with the laminate on top. I'll definitely be coming here in the future for my future prints and business projects. read more

I moved office locations so I closed my box and immediately Matt McGovern turned furious, bitching, etc. and also would not discuss forwarding my mail.
