I was also informed, if we bought new shirts, we would have to pay the $10 print fee?!? They stated, "You don't have to pay the $30 setup fee." Your company ruined two shirts and you're making us pay to have new shirts reprinted? Plus, you will not pay for the shirts your company ruined?! This doesn't sound like good business practice to me. I am highly disappointed in your customer support. We've ordered shirts through your company for some time now and I don't feel comfortable continuing business with this type of business practice.
