Customer service was top tier. I didn't have everything I needed to make a return and they saw I was a bit flustered so they helped me organize my items and did not charge me extra for supplies. I went to the store on 6/19/25 for shredding service. I had a coupon which the employee did not even bother looking at, just said they do not honor it and I can try another store. Incompetent and rude employees. They'll make you jump through hoops for a package, green light you to pick it up, and tell you last minute that they can't give it to you. Probably fine for jobs that require minimal interaction with staff, but do not come here expecting polite communication or any iota of interest in helping a customer solve an issue or concern. "The customer is always right," a motto my father, owner of a successful small business, proudly lives by, does not apply here. Have some trouble with an Amazon return? Have a large print job and need help figuring out the most economical method of printing it? Don't bother getting any genuine help here. They pride themselves on not being upfront about their prices. I won't get into that story here though. What did it for me today was that I came in to ask if they could check on the status of a return, since I did not receive confirmation from Amazon. At once I was met with defensive tones of voice and finger wagging from the owner and his wife. I tried to offer constructive criticism to them saying that their behavior was rude and was told, "Get out of here if you don't like it!" While I get that my Amazon return question is something they do not have control over, my issue with these people is the way they communicate when someone needs additional help beyond the routine UPS service of sending packages. read more

I Had a large package going back to Amazon. I was in line and when my turn came, I told to move to one side. There were 2 employees continued serving other customers and ignoring me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked the male employee for help, he told me to tape better, when he himself taped another customers himself and with out any charge. He did not want to tape mine package and reluctantly gave me tape. UPS pick-up truck driver came to get package, male employee asked if my package was ok to be picked up as is. Driver said yes, but the employee still did not accept my package. While I was taping the package, the female employee yelled and demanded the tape back. I refused and continued taping the package. After finishing the taping, I returned tape to male employee. He processed the order and gave me the receipt. Then he said to me, " you did not pay for the tape". He charged me $3.00 but did not provide receipt. When I asked that why he did not charge the customer whose package he taped. He commented that was a paid customer indicating AMAZON does not pay for returns. read more

I went by this store a few days ago to drop off 2 packages with prepaid return labels. I emailed one of the labels to this store with a request to please print it. When I got there, I informed the woman that I emailed a label to them (FULLY EXPECTING TO PAY FOR THE ONE PAGE PRINTOUT.) She started lecturing me about how they don't normally print out free shipping labels but she'll do it for me this one time. I replied that I'm not looking for anything for free and will gladly pay for it. The lecture continued to which I replied I'm not giving anyone my business who attacks people this way and turned around and walked out! I will NEVER go back to this store, even though it's right down the street. You just lost a customer to your money making business 10-15-19 I stopped by here today for some reason but was quickly reminded why I don't go here anymore. There was a young man there with curly hair and glasses that was SO rude! I told him at the end that we have options to go to other UPS stores and he responded then do it!! I am done with this location and will report them to UPS headquarters. I'm sure they'd like to know what poor service this location gives. I highly recommend the postal shop by Kroger on Eldridge. This store is a joke! They could careless about customer service. They raised their voice when I asked a question about a package. UPS package was redirected and delivered to this location. I got 2 emails stating to pick it up : 1) addressee needed to bring in ID or 2) if someone else picking it up they needed tracking number. My husband when to pick up. They would not give him package. They do not follow the policies and procedures of UPS. They need their franchise revoked. I have never been so frustrated at employees who don't give a damn. read more

This store charge for taping and printing return labels. It's not like couple cent that you don't mind paying but $2 for taping and $3 for printing return labels. I went to return amazon package and this store asked for $5 total to returning my package. This is ridiculous!! So I went to other UPS and they were happy to print my return labels and tape my box for free, unlike from this store! Totally not recommend this store! 1 star is even too much to give!!! read more

Service was quick and friendly. However, hours need to be updated by business. The yelp page says they are open until 4 on Saturday, I got there a few minutes before 3pm and had great service but I saw multiple people turned away as they locked the doors at 3pm. read more

I asked a question on why I received two email's 1st one said package is being sent 2nd one said it's not going to be sent. He had no reply on my question, he only said for me to stop talking and give him time to check on it. I went in today to drop off my Amazon Package, very quick and easy. Got a receipt to track my purchase! Also had to print out a shipping label for USPS. I printed out the label on the computer they had in the store. The associates helped me package my return for USPS, taped it up and gave me a sticker to place on the package for my return label. Did not cost me anything to do! Everyone is so nice and it was fast! read more

This location now charges $1 to tape your packages. I had a prepaid envelope from amazon that needed 6 in of tape.

This store charged $3.50 for a cardboard box, which I'm fine with. However, they added a $3.55 service fee for packing tape and "folding the box", which is absurd. Moral of the story: bring your own packing supplies when shipping from this location! read more

Like the other reviews, this store location nickels and dimes their customers. Charged $1 to tape the top of a 7" box. Glad I didn't ask to use a pen to fill out the label. I'm sure renting that would have been at least $2. I'll drive an extra 5min to go to the other ups store. read more

I typically would not leave a review, however the arrogant behavior of one of the employees at this location was extremely terrible. I went in to mail a 30oz yeti cup in a small box, shipping weight 1.4, I weighed it at my office 1.7 with the box. since I was already dropping off a package i was returning from Amazon, I decided to check and see about mailing a gift at the same time.. they will RIP YOU OFF! The guy behind the counter told me almost $30.00 to mail my cup even after I said no fast shipping was necessary. I was stunned, turned around went to the post office and shipped it for exactly $12.90, the price I had expected to pay. Jeez, be careful with these guys! Especially after the guy tried to convince me that the post office was going to cost me more! Glad I knew better... my first time here and certainly my last. read more

I went in there to drop off some rented textbooks and was really surprised at how rudely I was treated. I asked what seemed like the manager if I could leave my package somewhere and he told me no because there was someone else in front of me. Keep in mind, that the store only had maybe three people inside and the person that he was helping had just left to use the copiers. He then stated that I could leave it on the counter and I told him I needed proof that I shipped it . I asked him if I could just leave it on the counter, and he had the nerve to say "that is what I just said, you can just leave it ". At that point I really just wanted to grab my package and leave, but I stayed in line and someone else helped me. Having worked retail my entire adult life, I always try to treat other people with respect when I enter an establishment. I did nothing to be treated so rudely and I will not be giving this store my business again, and I encourage you not to either.
