Customer service specifically has been great every time I have been there. That being said, I went there for my passport photo. They used a silver/grey background and I didn't even think about it--they take photos for MANY people and have for years. When I got to the passport office, the lady told me that it would be accepted because it wasn't white. Also, side note, the UPS employee said I couldn't smile--the passport USPS employee said " I don't know why they tell you that you cannot smile because you can"!! Thankfully the person at the USPS was able to retake a photo for me during my appt. To verify 100% you CAN smile, I received my passport, zero issues! read more

This location is very convenient for me so I have been in several times. Depending on the time of day, there is often a line, sometimes out the door - literally. Amazon makes is really convenient to return packages to the UPS Store and I like that you don't even have to box them up, simply take the item in and grab your receipt. There was one time that I placed an order online at West Elm and opted to have the package sent here vs to my home and I was annoyed when I went to pick it up that UPS charged me $5 for the service. Nowhere was that clearly stated on the West Elm site, it suggested this was a free convenience. I wasn't happy about that at all and have never done that again. Can't say for sure, but I'd imagine there is a fee for any package that you opt to pickup here instead of having it delivered to your home. Be sure to confirm. read more

Living nearby to this UPS store is great and I use it quite frequently! It's the best for returns and drop-offs. It's located in the same shopping center with some other convenient stops (i.e., grocery store, food/restaurants, auto shops, etc). There is plenty of parking in front and around the location. The staff at this location are always very friendly and helpful! Service with a smile! Depending on the day/time, there could be times when it more or less busy. But overall, it's a quick and convenient stop! I would definitely suggest utilizing this location if in the area. read more

Awful customer service. Crippling computer issues. The computer was down, line out the door, and two college kids who were clearly in over their heads and unsupervised were left trying to move the line along. The place has lost all records of all existing accounts, so I had to pay for something they should have billed the workplace for. It'll be months before I get reimbursed. No manager or supervisor anywhere in sight. No backup plan for a single down computer. Never coming here again. read more

It's a UPS store... This location is small and parking can be somewhat difficult in the shared parking lot but I also blame that on the general area. Staff is friendly and helpful each time that I visit. Overall no complaints! read more

Convenient location for me but several times I have shown up at opening time and no one is there. I've waited twice for 15-20 min and still no one. Appears they simply open when they want. With that said I go elsewhere now. I talked to the manager about it once and all he had to say is "oh your a morning person". No apologies. I asked if he was the owner and he said no he was the store manager. I asked how there owner would feel if his store was opened whenever the staff decided to show up. DO NOT USE THIS UPS IT IS TERRIBLE. I attempted to mail important legal documents only to have them a) never sent b) mysteriously missing with ZERO explanation!!!! The tracking on my package said my package never left the store, yet they had no explanation for what happened to it. I had to follow up 4 different times in one day to get a reponse on my missing package. I even provided them with a label and spent $7 on an envelope they suggested for important documents. All around terrible experience and I would rate them 0 stars if it was an option. read more

Not happy. Brought in items to be packed. I paid upfront. When I came to pick up last piece I was told there was a mistake in their calculating because they did not take into consideration the added dimension due to the bubble wrap. Due to having to use extra boxes I had to pay an extra $121 to get my last item. Poor business practice read more

The employees always go out of there way to help us! We are a payroll company and have a UPS driver that picks up daily. After our driver didn't show up one Saturday we were in a huge bind. It was already past The UPS Stores 2:30 pm cut off time for Next Day Air. Matt, one of the associates took it upon himself to accept the parcels and drive them down to the main hub himself to assure they still made it out for Monday delivery. read more
