This "UPS" Store doesn't do or know anything about UPS. They do not send packages for UPS. They cannot create labels for UPS. The customer service is horrible because they know nothing, and the short manager is so bad it's comical. He's running around, doesn't know how to do his job or know where anything is. As a personal/executive assistant for influencers and CEOs, handling returns is a routine part of my job. My clients often purchase a lot of items, which means I frequently drop off packages at my local UPS store. Typically, the process is quick and easy. I'm greeted upon arrival, and everything runs smoothly. However, today was the first time I felt the customer service was really lacking. There's an Asian girl who works there, and I noticed that multiple customers, including myself, walked in without being greeted. When I approached her to process a few returns, there was no interaction, just a request to take out all my items before I could even show her the return codes. The entire interaction felt like I was inconveniencing her, which made the experience uncomfortable. There was no "please" or "thank you," and even when I thanked her, she didn't respond, no smile, no acknowledgment, nothing. For someone working in customer service, a simple greeting and a friendly attitude go a long way. I certainly didn't feel that today, which is why I wanted to share my experience. If you have multiple returns, you might still want to use this UPS location for convenience, but if you're looking for even the slightest bit of warmth or interaction, I'd recommend going elsewhere. read more

Very concerning experience at this location today around 1:20 PM. Another customer and I waited about seven minutes at the counter without being acknowledged by staff. When I politely asked if we could get some help, the employee who identified himself as the manager told me I needed to be patient and then said I should calm down or leave. During the interaction, another employee took my package from the counter and threw it onto the ground. I was then told they would not process my shipment and that I needed to leave the store. Customers trust shipping stores to treat them respectfully and handle packages with care, so this interaction was very disappointing. I have contacted customer relations and hope the franchise owner reviews this incident. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They recently got me out of a printing bind that their competition completely dropped the ball on. I LOVE this store! Every time I go in (a couple times a week) the staff is SO KIND and helpful. Today it was Owen. I was doing an Amazon return and im a little insecure about the "self serve station". Owen immediately said "Oh I would be happy to help you here (at the counter). I definitely need to put on my big girl panties and learn the self serve, but i was trying to zip to work. Do not use this store. Extremely rude and refused to provide refund on a next day delivery that took 6 days and numerous phone calls. The manager MaKayla is seemingly the only person that can approve refunds even though they clearly missed the mark on promised guaranteed delivery. A total failure that could be remedied quickly but they choose the path of classic corporate BS and runaround. AVOID read more

Buyer Beware!! Every UPS store I've been to, with the exception of this one, will provide you a UPS envelope to be used for UPS ground. However, this store has refused to do so, and requires you to buy one of their envelopes... Which is a "hidden up-sale". The manager there claims that this extra "up-charge" is UPS corporate policy; when in fact, it's really a franchisee owner policy. I contacted UPS directly and they informed me that 99% of most franchises don't charge for our UPS envelope. However, they did indicate that some of them charge for their own envelopes to pad their margins. Just know that there are 3 UPS stores within a mile of this one that do not charge for envelopes. The notary here (Nate) went above and beyond to help me prove to a governing body that I did in fact, send the proper paperwork they requested. He was able to prove it by taking great notes of the detailed documents I had him notarize. The court who is giving me trouble has been nothing but a gaslighting headache but luckily, Nate came thru for me here. Thank goodness. read more

But this branch is absolutely horrendous do not bother using them they are slow they are rude and completely inefficient and some of their employees could give a crap about anything you might be trying to ship. Was told this store does not accept USPS packages at this location. I choose UPS for the convenience of shipping both types of packages! This store needs to make some changes! read more

Staff is not knowledgeable or helpful. I was trying to ship a large tv, I called twice to make sure they could. Both phone calls said yes, but when I got there they told me it was too big. And yes I gave them the measurements before hand. It was a struggle to get the TV there to only get turned away. read more

The worst service of any business I've ever dealt with. Mailed a package with ceramic pottery item and it was received in multiple broken pieces. Filed a claim and waited 1 1/2 weeks for follow up communication. None. Returned to store from where package was mailed to ask for progress. Was told no one filed the claim but was assured it would be done. Have returned to store on 2 more occasions and made several phone calls. A manager is NEVER at the store and I was refused to be given a contact number for her. I mailed the package on February 18 and as of today, April 13 there is no resolution. FULL-SERVICE?? DON'T GET COPIES MADE HERE! I came in with three packets from my accountant that I needed copied. The person at the desk said that because the papers were stapled (17, 17, and 21 pages -- total 55 pages) I needed to have THEM do it for me. Time was tight since my accountant is down in Foothill Ranch, so okay, full service. It seemed fair -- until the charge came out to be 14 bucks. WHAT?? For copies?? I wouldn't have been so disappointed, except that the quality of their "full service" was EXTREMELY lacking. First of all, the print quality left a lot to be desired; there were a lot of light spots where some of it was barely legible (and time will tell if I will still be able to make out the text by tax-time next year). But what was really disappointing is their stapler. In my past experience with "full-serve" copy places, because you pay for FULL SERVICE they staple things back for you -- both the originals AND the copies. With this place that didn't happen. Instead, I was handed a manual stapler to staple things back together myself. You've got to be kidding me...most legit places have an electric stapler that does the job nicely (and easily) for you. Unfortunately their hand stapler was a piece-of-crap. None of the staples would go through the stacks, and each stack was barely held together with three "wrinkled" staples that barely protruded through the back. So not only did my copies of the packets look like crap, the ORIGINALS (which went back to my accountant) were not bound in the same way as they were given to me. Embarrassing. Dear Huntington Harbour UPS Store: If you're going to insist on charging customers for full service, then get a decent copier -- and please invest in a quality stapler, preferably electric. After my meeting with my accountant, I went home and re-stapled my copies with my personal hand stapler, and all three stacks held together decently with just one staple. I'll have to say, that was the worst 14 bucks I've ever spent!!! Buyer beware!!! read more

Don't use for a notary public signature! The notary was rude, obviously poorly trained, and she wouldn't actually sign my paperwork. She sighted state law and only provided a poorly filled out form with her signature that referenced the paperwork that was already created for her signature as witness to the two signature needing notary witness. I paid $60 because I wanted two copies ($30 ea), and now I'm worried that this will be rejected my the court I'm filing the paperwork with. Every notary I've ever used has always signed where blocked for on a document. read more

This was the second time I got documents notarized at this UPS store for my family. Both times, the staff at this store were so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today I took my parents, 94 and 84 years old, and everyone there was so nice to my parents, the guy working there even brought a chair for my dad so that he wouldn't have to stand. The notarization was done efficiently and we were done quickly. On the way out they helped my dad with his walker while I went and got my car. I felt like everyone at this store really cared and gave us a great experience. I will continue to bring my business there, and I recommend this store to anyone needing their services! read more
