The older man in the front was very rude when I came to return. He told me I had to pay for a bag and when I proceeded to tell him "they said I don't need to pay for a bag" he said "show me" then asked if I paid and when I said yes he said "oh okay" no apologies and continued to be rude. I think the whole point of UPS store accepting Amazon returns is to bring in foot traffic, and hopefully have that customer shop at their UPS store in the future due to their good customer service. If that's the point, then this particular UPS store failed miserably. I went to process my Amazon return, and the blonde female staff member didn't even make eye contact with me as she rudely asked me what I was there for. She apparently didn't seem to know how to work the computer, had to use a different computer, and still had to ask the other staff member how to do the transaction. Unlike any other Amazon return I have ever done at Staples and my usual UPS store, this UPS store wanted to charge me a fee just to print out the return label. I asked if it could be waived, because I have never experienced this before, and apparently two managers said no, I had to pay the fee, even though Amazon did not alert me to any fee that was required to make this return. I left and will be going to my usual UPS store to get this completed. Bottom line, there are many UPS stores around Huntington Beach and beyond... this one seems to have bad customer service, untrained employees, and seems to nickel and dime customers with improper fees. I would recommend choosing a different UPS store for your needs. read more

The contents of my shipped package was broken and then returned back to me. That's okay, it happens. The cost to ship this item was $213, not cheep. When asked to pay to reship the item once again I asked to talk with a manager to see if there was discount or something they could do since the original package was broken. Let me add that when the broken item was returned I understood how/why it was broken. Not packaged properly to say the least. Here's where things got crazy. I attempted to give my opinion on why the box was packaged improperly, the owner of this location (Paul) became irate. Shouting and using profanity with multiple customers in the store. At one point he even tossed the box with the broken contents onto the floor shouting at me to leave the store. Craziest thing I've ever seen. I do not like this parking lot. It generally takes 10 minutes just to get in and out due to too many vehicles. I have been trying to do an Amazon return for a couple days now. They sent the wrong item so I repurchased it thinking that I could get a fast refund. UPS Store can't take returns because they have no internet access. I was promised yesterday that today it would be fixed. I lugged my large package back today but still can't return it. Amazon returns are free, but most services are really expensive here. read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR YOUR PRINTING NEEDS. We had a baby shower and ordered the prints in advance. When we got to the UPS store to pick them up the worker had no idea what we were talking about and did not even know that his store could print things. Not only were the prints not available they said they would try and contact us but then ghosted us. We called the store 5 times for a status update and they didn't answer any of the times. Shipped out 8 packages in 2 were "lost" when I went to ask what can be done about this, they told me that nothing can be done except file a dispute. The number they gave me had me waiting on hold for 23 minutes then disconnected. My son is starting a small business and those lost packages were pieces of art that he created and sold. Money, time and one of a kind art pieces "lost nothing they can do" not even refund the shipping cost of $11.23 per item. I would just go send from the regular post office. read more

As busy as the place is, they r always on top of their game, the line moves fast bcuz they r well organized and well staffed, and with all my package mailing, they r always knowledgeable about best and least expensive way to ship, very much appreciated. Every time I have come here the staff has been very helpful and kind. Everyone knows what they're doing and understands people are here to get stuff mailed out and go about their business, so they are diligent at keeping pace. I have been dropping off packages here every day for months now and the whole staff has been exceptional. I will almost always have at least 3 boxes and they're heavier, and the staff tends to me right away. Even if there's a line and they're busy, they are so well staffed that somebody is able to grab my packages out of my hands so that I'm not carrying them while I wait. The managers there that I've met are great as well - they always work out deals with me when I buy boxes from them. A few employees like Victor & Levi definitely stood out with their kindness and have helped me the longest. There's some new faces in there that are amazing too, I'm just awful with names. My business will be using UPS pick up starting next week, so unfortunately i won't be able to see the staff here much longer, but just know that they'll always take care of you! read more
