This is usually a convenient place to drop off packages. I thought to give this local business version of UPS a try for something simple like printing and sending documents. Be aware... you may be hit with a $2.50 "computer use per hour" fee just for the associate to open and print a file that you email over. This isn't on the associate, but it's surprising given it takes less than a minute to access a PDF and hit print. That fee is on top of the $3.95 charged for just 5 pages. Yup we get it, it's a tough economy. But come on, $2.50 in bullshit fees? Just make the printing charge more expensive, this is just insulting. For something this basic, those charges feel excessive and unexpected. Definitely something to watch out for before you go in or better yet check out Fedex. read more

Never a line, easy parking in a huge strip mall as Vons, CVS and next door to a boba shop how can you lose? I had my son take passport pictures that ended up getting rejected but they gave me my money back so all was well. I passed by this store when I was going to get my nails done. I talked to Meredith about putting together a keepsake book of pictures and letters, and she let me know she could laminate and bind the pages the same day. I've come to this UPS location multiple times to print return labels and was never charged before. I had absolutely no issue paying the $2 fee if that's the new policy that was never the problem. The issue was Elizabeth's attitude and the way she spoke to me. Instead of professionally explaining the charge, she became argumentative, dismissive, and repeatedly implied I was lying because she's "the only one who works there." It was incredibly rude and completely unnecessary over such a small transaction. Customer service matters, and one employee's behavior was enough to make me never return to this location again. Ownership should seriously address how customers are being spoken to, because the interaction was shockingly unprofessional and left a terrible impression. read more

Amazon returns if you don't have a label they charge you 2.50 per hr to use their computer. So does that mean after they print out my label i still have 59 minutes and 32 seconds to use their computer? Addendum to my 1 star review. I got into my car, drove to Warner Avenue to the AIM store. Before I lugged my big cumbersome box into the store, I asked the clerk, "CAN I SEND A UPS RETURN FROM HERE?" Had many good experiences here but unfortunately the last drop off wasn't so good. 2 Poshmark sales prepaid packages resulted in 1 missing/stolen package one of the Poshmark packages never tracked or made it to shipping at all. While the other one was shipped/ delivered fine across country. Will be going to USPS from now on. Amazon returns have been good here tho. read more

Came here to get some documents notarized. The guy that helped was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer notary questions that the notary at the bank was not able to answer. We also ended up using UPS to overnight these documents and since it was raining, he made sure to wrap the documents in plastic and then tape up the envelope to make sure it would not get water damage! Appreciate how he took the time to do this, where most people would be careless and not take that extra step. read more

Adding to this review to address commentary from the store owner. Sir, the miscommunication was on part of YOUR store associate who directly ignored my request for a full packaging service for a very rare guitar worth thousands of dollars. I SPECIFICALLY explained to him that it needed to be CAREFULLY PACKAGED so that it would NOT BE DAMAGED. Your associate failed miserably and put the guitar directly into the box with ZERO PACKAGING. It is YOUR associate's responsibility to accurately charge ME for the services I am requesting. Asserting that, because I was not charged for (packing foam?), it is somehow my own fault that your store failed to securely and professionally package my item is absurd. You run a UPS store, and any reasonable person would assume your associates are the experts at packaging and ensuring an item is secured for transit - ESPECIALLY when paying close to $50.00 for the service! I don't know how much clearer I could have been besides asking for a full packaging service and specifically noting how fragile the instrument was. Your associate PROMISED he would take GREAT CARE of the instrument, which he DID NOT. The LEAST you could do here is to admit the mistake on part of your associate, and vow to ensure this never happens to anyone else in the future. The RIGHT thing to do is refund your customer the measly $45.00 who is now out $1650.00 due to the damages caused by your associate's negligence. This narcissistic response shows lack of accountability and proves that your store should NOT be trusted for shipping services. read more

I've never had such a bad experience shipping out a package. I sent a package insured so signature is required but just so happened the receiver could not be home on the delivery day. I called the store where I shipped from they gave me a number to call, called the number they said I can't request the change location, I need to call the store. Call the store again they said I was given incorrect information, I need to go to UPS site and request the change myself. Went to the website and not able to change location either.
