Eventually, they moved into this two storefront location a bit west on East 82nd Street. They share space with Rumble, a boxing/fitness outfit that recently hosted a Yelp event. This is definitely a much smaller spot. Self-serve options are more limited, though they do exist including the ability to copy. The maximum package weight that can be shipped here is 150 lbs. Despite being much smaller, this location still offers both printing and shipping services. Printing services include self-service copying, scanning, and faxing. They also include shredding, copy/print, free wi-fi hotspot, passport photos/renewals/expediting, direct mail, computer all-access stations, architecture/construction/engineering prints, business cards, flyers, postcards, labels, promo products, custom-branded boxes, padded mailers, and more. Shipping services include getting a shipping label, express drop-off, ground drop-off, being able to hold both express and ground packages for pickup (great for those not able to be home for a package), QR code returns, return shipping, packing, packaging supplies, and international shipping. There are two accessible parking spots directly in front of Rumble with a curb-cut. There's a blue-striped spot between the two spots for wheelchair access (technically NOT ADA since ADA requires blue stripe access for both passenger and driver). Still, it's better than most. There's a single glass entry doorway. It's within visibility of the counter if assistance is needed, though when I entered the sole employee was in the back. I only needed to ship out a lab test on this visit. It was pre-packaged with a shipping label already affixed. The employee took the box, gave me a receipt, explained tracking, and we were done. He was friendly, efficient, and I was out pretty quickly. A customer actually opened the door for me on the way out. I spent many special projects hanging out at the old Kinko's. I've always kind of missed it, but time moves on. This was a solid visit to this new location and I won't hesitate to go back if needed. While it seems easier to just have FedEx drive by the house to pick up a package, I've always found drop-off easier and this worked quite well.

There have been a few mail issues over the years but all I have to do is call them and they immediately work through the problem with me. When I come in they are always super polite and helpful. And for those local the store can do just about anything. Think of it like a UPS store and Kinkos. If you're traveling a lot, the post scan mail membership is very convenient. When you get mail it gets scanned in and sent to you. You can then shred/recycle it, forward it on to somewhere or pick it up when you return. Overall I think they are a little more expensive than going direct to USPS or the other carriers but it is in a convenient location and the service is always good.

Following a quick phone call we were pleased to know we had a new box source. We use a lot of boxes in January for a charity auction supporting a nonprofit exotic cat rescue we're involved with, the Exotic Feline Rescue Center. When we arrived, we found the office is full of nicely organized and arranged sample boxes with specific sizes noted and prices. Packing peanuts are also available. There is a 10% discount on 10 boxes of the same size or 25% discount off a bundle of boxes. The number of boxes in a bundle vary per box size. The gentleman we had spoken to on the phone already pulled the boxes we needed. He was very nice and obviously very efficient providing great customer service. We paid and off again in 5 minutes. Very happy with the selection, the prices weren't outrageous and he provided excellent customer service. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

Ordered a gift to be delivered via 2 day express. After a full week nothing turned up. Tracking on…read morethe FedEx website indicated that two attempts had been made for delivery, but 1. People were home at the indicated time for the attempted delivery 2. No door tag was left and 3. No signature is required for the package. I called customer service and they informed me that the driver for whatever reason was having a hard time finding our address, and instead of contacting me, they lied and noted that no one was home for an attempted delivery. I was told that after three delivery attempts, fedex holds onto the package and it becomes the recipient's responsibility to pick up the package at the hub. This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened. Zero accountability on FedEx's part, instead transferring the responsibility to the customer. Absolutely awful.
