The staff is on their A-Game here and I always have a great experience. I've been coming to this location for quite some time now and here recently, they have remodeled the store in order for their staff to work more efficiently and effectively. After visiting a few times since the remodel, I noticed the vibe and it's definitely a good change. Things seem to flow better. From printing labels to doing Amazon returns and having eviction papers notarized to scanning and faxing important documents like contracts, trusts, wills and lease agreements - the employees have handled my issues properly and with professionalism and discretion. It's so appreciated! I really depend on this UPS location to get it right for me. And they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price! Had she told me I was going to be charged that much I never would have used the service. I complain to the manager. He seemed more interested in getting the last word then satisfying my complaint. He refunded me two dollars claiming I was mischarged by the initial woman. My point is that I was charged with some people make as an hourly rate to fax three pages. While I was there I watched another customer get charged for a free Amazon return. I will never come back to the store again, nor should you. Shame on them.

Customer service was extremely disappointing. The employee assisting me never made eye contact and…read morecame across careless throughout the entire interaction. All of the employees working at the counter were pre occupied with personal conversations the entire time, repeatedly interrupting the process of shipping my package. I understand that employees chat with coworkers throughout the day like we all do but there is a difference between casual conversation and making a customer feel like they're interrupting something more important. The employee would type part of my address, turn around to continue her conversation, weigh my package, turn around again to talk to her coworkers, and repeat the cycle throughout the transaction. What should have been a simple shipment took approximately 12 minutes to place a single item in a bag and print a shipping label because the employees seemed far more focused on their personal conversations than the customer standing in front of them. To make matters worse after I paid the employee handed me my tracking receipt and immediately walked away without saying a word no "You're all set," no confirmation that the transaction was complete .nothing. She simply walked away to continue her conversation that i interrupted leaving me standing there wondering if there was anything else I needed to do. Eventually, I just shrugged and left. Professionalism, basic communication, and customer acknowledgment were completely lacking during this visit.
