We came for wedding invitations…read moreand a uncalled for racist comment was made by George saying people of my culture are usually late to weddings so we should put a different start time for our ceremony. Nonetheless still tried to work with him in regard to getting our invitations done. During our meeting we talked in detail and sent photos of how we want our invitations to look as an example for the sample. The samples that we received looked NOTHING like the inspiration we gave him. He decided to ignore everything we said and make his own sample invitations. After going back and forth we respectfully asked for a refund of our deposit (we did not approve any samples). Our event planner spoke with him and he said he would give us a refund minus the samples that were made. Now he has not give us our refund, completely ghosted us and has not responded to any of our emails or calls. It is at the point it is being handled with the card company. It should have never gotten to this point. Stay away from this business. Making your wedding invitations should be fun and he makes every step of the process a headache.

I went around walking in the store trying to find the shredder oil and was having difficulty finding it. After searching I went up to someone in their copy/document department to see if she knew what aisle it was in. She wasn't even familiar with the product. She tried calling another employee or manager to assist me and no one would answer. After waiting 10 minutes I said I would look myself...after walking the store again I found it. I also found during my searches who the plastic filing cabinet was $40...way too expensive. I went and bought the shredder oil and left. Way too expensive and the service was subpar.
