I asked, as confirmation, if she was unable to print, because I needed one. She told me I needed to use the kiosk. I explained that I needed a receipt, so she then tells me I need to ask the lady she's helping if I can cut in front of her...um...what? Then the customer starts telling me ti use the kiosk...not sure why she's even involved, but whatever. Then the employee proceeds to tell the customer that she knows me and I'm in all the time. Nope, never even knew this location existed.

When we received our first order we learned that the cards are printed in St. Louis - at Garlich Printing. The cards are awesome! We have made them for vacation photos, the kids artwork, Scouting, and other fun family events, in a way to celebrate the "best of 2015" and the "best of 2016." Everyone who has seen them - kids and adults has commented on how cool they are! This past week, we learned late of a Boy Scout event celebrating all those who have earned their STEM Supernova award (similar to an Eagle Scout merit badge). I had been wanting to print some cards for the Scouts whom I mentored, but I hadn't yet printed them, and I was concerned about the short timing before the event. After a couple brief calls to the great team at Garlich Printing, they made sure to not mail the cards, but to have them waiting for me to pick up in person, on the way home from work... two hours later I handed them to Scouts and Scout leaders who were blown away at how awesome they are! We thank Garlich Printing for making these cards for Rookies, for home and for Scouts. We look forward to making many more in the weeks and years ahead!

When I've done them before, I've had to cut them and that was a very long labor of love. I took my computer up to give a visual of what I was needing. The manager, Will, was wildly helpful and let me send him the file and print them at no additional cost. Huge time saver and it was under $20. So appreciated!!

I've been frequenting this FedEx lately for work-related transactions. The employees have been…read morehelpful and friendly and for the most part, very nice. They have quick drop off options as well, if you already have your package labeled and printed. As for me, I usually give them a print off with the business account information, and addresses and they do the rest! I only had difficulties with one person but said person does not seem to be there anymore. It's not that the person was difficult to work with, they were mostly too slow and somewhat confused. But the past month, it's been a lot quicker and smoother. I mail documents for places all over the world so I do understand that sometimes the addresses are complex but the workers here do their job well. I do wish they are more consistent with sending confirmation emails. Sometimes, I get them, other times, I don't. The confirmation is helpful for me and the clients I work with. As far as the delivery time options, though, they are always quick and the prices are reasonable for the time from shipment to delivery. I hope to continue having nice experiences here, especially because it is a very convenient location for me.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a UPS or a USPS location! (Actually, the…read morepeople who run the counter at the USPS in Des Peres are some of the most lovely people you can encounter in public!) I'm not a big profit center for this UPS Franchisee. I'm a small business owner and I drop packages off packed and labeled, so they only receive a fee from UPS for scanning my package. I drop off 3-4 times a week, and have done so for at least a decade. Today, I dropped off one of my regular packages, a tuck and fold shipping box. I usually tape the folded in area, but had missed taping this one. I needed a ONE INCH piece of tape, and asked if they could help. It was a $1 charge for them to "tape" the package. This UPS location is very close by and today I didn't grab my wallet on the way out the door. I did not have one Dollar for a one inch piece of tape. They stood firm on the $1 charge, absolutely would not just put a small piece of tape on my self closing box. I completely understand charging $1 to tape a box. I would be THRILLED to pay $1 for them to tape up a regular box, one with 4 flaps. But this was a tuck and fold shipping box, they see me there several times a week, and it wouldn't have cost them one full cent to add a one inch piece of tape for me. I believe they receive $0.50 to scan every one of my boxes, so they don't make much money on me. But they have lost more than $1 on me, tomorrow alone, not to mention the holiday season. I will use the nearby UPS drop box from now on, or use USPS. Employee turnover is a good way to gauge any business/management team, and the turnover of employees at this location is high, so between that and reading these reviews, this location proves itself to be run by someone who has no idea how to run a team or maintain a customer base. It wasn't worth the loss of One Dollar to get me to write this review...or all the other One Dollar negative reviews! Check your losses UPS Des Peres!
