The young lady working there is very nice .The older man was curt, short and unpleasant. As my handicapped daughter is new to online selling,she mistook the mailing instruction for USPS as UPS. We were told very briskly by the man , we were at the wrong place ,he couldn't help us,and he walked away. The young lady explained our mistake, gave us a mailer envelope and placed it in the post office pick up for us. She was very nice, despite the old guy yelling at her to not help us. Whenever I use the computer to print anything out they're so nice and say let them know if I have any questions and they're so helpful! Extremely rude!!! Ordered a very expensive gift online. This particular UPS store was an option to have it delivered (I live in a large apt complex so I did not want it delivered to my home). The manager at the UPS yelled at me and told me not to have it shipped there anymore since it wasn't an "access point" and he wouldn't be getting the storage fee money. I told him the company I ordered it from listed the UPS store as a delivery option so he should actually be yelling at the company. Could have easily been handled completely different!! Great overall experience here. I recently had to complete my Live Scan here and Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. She was able to multi-task between customers and help everyone with the best of her abilities. Very hardworking and dedicated. 10/10 would come back again. My boss made me go to UPS to send some stuff to a client, I was dreading it because the closest UPS to me is either La Habra or Norwalk and it's so annoying to be there because the employees are just as annoyed to be there as you are. I was surprised when I found this one on my maps when I was looking at which UPS was closest to me. Anyway, I come in and I was greeted and treated so nicely. Immediately from the door I was given a recommendation. It was refreshing, I can't remember the girls name but she was so nice and very helpful. Of course I would be THAT one customer heading in at 6:50 pm on a Tuesday night, when they close at 7. Living in Long Beach, all of the local stores had closed much earlier, but I needed to send my package ASAP. Taking a short drive, I stumbled upon this location and now, I think I found my favorite store. Not only was Munezza, the amazing woman working by herself, extremely friendly and helpful, she was also very upbeat and pleasant. Even having been there 12 hours that day, she took the time to make sure all of my needs were met and had such a positive outlook. This is my first time at this UPS store location and let me just tell you the service was amazing! I needed to ship out some gifts for my friend and I was confused on what to do and how to pack. I wasn't expecting much but when I came in the girl working there was soooo sweet and helped me pack my gift AND decorate it AND she made me feel welcomed and happy! Here's a picture. I work in the area and always went to another UPS store a little further away, but this location just opened so I thought I would check them out! Came to the UPS in La Mirada to do my fingerprinting for my new job and had a really great experience. To start off I wasn't aware of this new location here and it is really convenient in the shopping center. I will definetly be coming back! The lady who did my fingerprinting was positive and quick! I do not recommend dropping off your packages at this center. I had a package to drop off and did not have tape to seal my tiny package, they tried to charge me $1.25 to seal the package. Like what? My friend and I came in to get fingerprints done for our state licensing. When we arrived and explained what we needed, Yakub greeted us with"oookkaaaay. He began typing in my friends information and had MULTIPLE typos that were only caught because she glanced over and said "my social security number AND address are both incorrect" He then said "you fix them" and went to help another costumer. Additionally, yakub asked my friend to complete parts of the fingerprinting herself, stating "I'm going to help this person, you put your fingers in the screen and try to get a good print" THE PERSON GETTING THE FINGERPRINTS CANT COMPLETE IT BY HERSELF. I spoke up and said, she's not able to complete that on her own. He said she could. There was an elderly lady, visibly and audibly in pain. When we suggested that she be served first, he rejected the idea and continued to incorrectly do the finger printing. The store began to fill with costumers. At one point the store had five costumers waiting to be helped with one man "trying" to complete the livescan. The live scan took an hour. read more

This is my go to UPS store for so many reasons !At first it was only for convenience, but now I would choose to go out of my way to go to this UPS store instead. I work for apps like TAKL & TASK RABBIT, where many elderly people or simply business women/men slneed help completing tasks such as shipping&receiving. They Go the extra mile for you when you need help with things like tracking, quotes, printing labels, helping package, ect. One time a package for my Clients was not delivered on time do to a signature issue and they made sure they contacted the ups facility which was States away to find a solution! My client was so incredibly appreciative of that and in the end was not mad at me thanks to them fixing the issue with the signature! Sometimes it gets busy yes, but they always are polite and apologize for the wait and try to accommodate everyone as much as possible so no one feels left out or ignored as if their business does not matter. They always make me feel appreciated ! They have great customer loyalty props and congrats to you guys for holding it down your first few months !
