I recently came to this UPS because my sister had to do her live scan so I decided I might as well do my returns here too since I'm already here. Now, my experience wasn't bad. The worker did ask how we were doing and he processed my returns first. He then starts helping my sister and it starts getting warm in the store so I decide to step out. Once my sister is done, she obviously leaves the store and lets me know how rude the same worker was to her! She goes on to say, "You know what he told me? He said, "I'm going to try to do this fast because I have a lot to put away" in an annoyed tone. As a worker, he is there to attend the customers and do his job duties when all customers have been helped. I found that very rude and unprofessional. read more

Walked in here thinking it was going to be a mess to ship out my package, since Amazon gave me trouble. Luckily Brandon was very professional and courteous. He helped me out with a smile and even went the extra mile during our encounter. The ambiance was comfortable and no noise. Greeted and welcomed me in. We need more service like this. Have been coming here for many years. They hired a new sales clerk who is rude and inappropriate. She hides in the back of the store. No clerks up front/ I had to yell out today if anyone was there. She got up and she recognized me from the last rude encounter. Today she was mean again. Is not part of her job to provide that type of service. She is too old to act childish! read more

Very poor Customer Service. Just kept saying they couldn't do anything. They couldn't call anybody which wasn't true. The manager was not available and the person that was there just kept saying there was nothing she could do to find out where a package was, but she knew it was in the warehouse. read more

I always come to this UPS store because the owner is very friendly and most of the time the staffs working here are also kind and helpful. However today I went to the store to drop off some items and as I walked in no one was at the counter. I waited a few seconds and this female worker I have never seen before gets up from the chair with her cell phone in hand, no greetings or nothing, and then proceeds to complain about the box being not taped and puts the label on top of the box that's not fully closed. "Next time tape the box " she told me, and I replied back by saying Amazon instructed to bring a box with the returning product because UPS would label and pack. She replied with agitated manner, "just tape the box next time okay?" Lady, if I knew I had to tape it, I would've taped it. It takes 1 second to do so. The box was literally open, and she sticks the label on top of it. If the item gets missing, now I am responsible of it. The owner or the other staff would've taped it for me no problem, but this cellphone lady was ticked off for no reason. Maybe she was bothered by customers walking in while she was busy scrolling through Instagram reels. My apologies. read more

We needed to have a Live Scan fingerprinting done. Fortunately, this UPS store in La Mirada offered that service. Called ahead of time and made our appointment. Arrived at our appointment time, but still had to wait almost 30 minutes before it was our turn. Took another 30 to 45 minutes for our Live Scans to be done. The employee had to repeat the process several times. To be fair, the young lady who assisted us was friendly. Even though it took quite long to get everything done, I still think this UPS store is okay. Overall, the store looked good. The other customers were in and out of there with no issues it seemed. read more

I go to this store often, first time I go on a Saturday morning. The employee, Nathan, was not very nice. He didn't greet or acknowledge me, he was finishing up with packages...fine, not a big deal. I put my packages on the counter since I had a few. He tells me to move to other side, okay....you can ask nicely. Still, no customer service, no how may I help you? Showed my label for returns, no smile, no words from Nathan. We're done, I walk away and I was irritated with his lack of customer service and he has the audacity to ask me 'what?' He saw the look on my face. I told him I'm used to better customer service. He proceeded to get feisty and said, why because I asked you to move to other side? I said no, it's your lack of customer service. He continued talking and being confrontational. Not necessary! My husband then went in to get his boss's number, he had attitude with him as well. Gave him the store number. If customer service isn't your thing, work in the back and don't deal with people. There wasn't a line, the store had been open for an hour. Try to get my package twice l. It shows me that it's there! However they keep telling me it's not. Please communicate with one another and figure it out people!!!!! Ridiculous came here to drop off a package it needed a little tape. Asked the gentlemen if they could tape it he proceeds and says no I have tape here you can buy. So I purchase the tape and he goes and says you can keep the tape I will tape it with my own tape now.... Wtf so you had me buy tape for no reason.... That is called a bait and switch. This is a convenient location to take in my packages. However, having taken a package there that Amazon said did not need to be prepackaged, the UPS store will take care of it. Just bring in the package with the barcode, I got barked at by a man (assuming owner) saying he's not getting paid enough to put tape on the box. I brought it back in the box it was shipped in, and it simply needed to be closed. Didn't think this would be a problem since Amazon indicated that the UPS store would be packaging it for me. I also have dealt with him simply asking questions on the phone, and he is rude and kept overtaking me. All that said, the young ladies that work there have always been very nice and are very helpful. read more

Great service..until my most recent trip. I had several items with the QRC code that did not require it to be boxed or sealed. When I went in the employee started to recover the items but then an person started to tell me that due to the number of items and size they need to be packed first. I was like ...what..that's the whole point and benefit of doing the QRC option, so you don't have to box it. I was annoyed that he had me repackage the items in a box and told me it cost labor if they did it. I didn't want to get into it. I have been a frequent customer since this store has opened and i have been in so many times i eventually got to know the staff and they're super sweet and welcoming. I recently started my own online business where I sell jewelry and the staff here is so sweet they let me know about their P.O. Boxes and helped me open up my first business PO Box. I honestly never thought I needed one but it has been so useful for my customers and with a professional return address it looks so much better! This is honestly my favorite UPS location and I recommend them for business PO Boxes! Also I sell on amazon and they do a good job keeping my returns in a specific area of the store because they don't all fit in my little box and keep purchases I order for myself organized. Omg!!!! I left here in tears and so upset and angry. I asked for a pen they didn't hand it to me so I started using one from the counter the young guy at the counter said those aren't for use and he literally took it out of my hand. I have never felt so violated in my life he had no right to even get so close. Then I was trying to do what I needed to do and he kept trying to force me to do it his way. The girl he was flirting with was giving me dirty looks and trying to make poor excuses of why he'd grab something out of my hand. He didn't even say may I have it back he forcefully took it out of my hand. I'd sue if I had the time. I feel so violated. Then to mail 2 keys in 2 days is $80 something dollars he'll no!!!!! Extremely rude!!! Ordered a very expensive gift online. This particular UPS store was an option to have it delivered (I live in a large apt complex so I did not want it delivered to my home). The manager at the UPS yelled at me and told me not to have it shipped there anymore since it wasn't an "access point" and he wouldn't be getting the storage fee money. I told him the company I ordered it from listed the UPS store as a delivery option so he should actually be yelling at the company. Could have easily been handled completely different!!
