As I got to the door and and found it locked admittedly I was disappointed having missed getting there during business hours but suddenly the manager was waving me to wait and she unlocked the door and let me get my return slip. On another occasion I had a package that there was some question about the QR code and the manager actually called the company for me and let me speak with them to clarify. Quite honestly, those are just a couple of examples of how this store does business as there have been many others. But a coworker of mine needed some supplies in a hurry, and since the box was going to be fairly large and contain some fragile items, I figured UPS would be a better bet. There was a substantial line out the door when I arrived, but it probably only took 15 minutes for me to get up to the counter since they were very well staffed. While I was in line, I noticed that they really offer quite a lot of services I wasn't aware of, including document shredding and printing of posters and mailers. They even have greeting cards. They were also fundraising for Toys for Tots at the counter, and accepting donations for the cause, and I'm always a sucker for a business that supports good causes!
