I do have my PO Box there since years and cannot complain about the service. It is fast and reliable.

I was kicked out of this ups store by 2 female employees who stated my mask wasn't the right kind. As a nurse I tried explaining to them I had an exemption and didn't need to wear one but was wearing a clear mask similar to a face shield out of respect for other businesses. Not only was my mask more sufficient at stopping a virus but they were both wearing cloth masks wrong (below the nose). Absolutely ridiculous. I own my own business just down the street and have used this store for years. I won't be back due to their disrespect and ignorance. I'll be using FedEx across the street. read more

They are probably the worst UPS store in the valley and I love UPS. They have horrible customer service and the attitudes are even worse. It is bad when you can see the misery on their faces. It makes customers feel unwelcomed, as if we are bothering them. I hope they resolve whatever issue they have so they don't lose more business. read more

The cashier with curly hair was very rude. I had to return two sets of chairs, which were very heavy and I placed it on the counter. I was having difficulty on printing the return label due to being the same one as the other one. I called the company I ordered from to request another refund. She told me to get the box off the counter, mind you it was heavy for me and daughters to pick up to take it over and to pick it up again and place it on the counter. Additionally there was still extra room for the customers to have their stuff on the counter. Overall, bad experience will never come here again. She had the worst attitude and shouldn't be working in customer service. read more

This people charge so much for Stamp $1.15 stamp at post office cost $1.55 some day and today cost me $2.05 same stamp today so much markup for stamp This ups store couldn't charge my ups account today. Then why keep THE UPS STORE name then she couldn't tell me shipping cost until i fill our my paper work. So i filled out the paperwork. That will be $75.00 so send 25 pages in CA TO NY Yeah, Right. Rude! I'm from out of town on business. My GPS took me to the wrong shopping center which happened to be across the street. I called frantically knowing that the store closed in less than 10 minutes. The woman I talked to was rude and just said "you do know we close at 6, right?!" With a major attitude! I literally pulled in front of the store at 6 on the dot and saw her stare at me with a large box. I understand people need to close on time but seriously!? NO STARS AT ALL I had to post at least one star for the site to accept my post. The owner of this shop doesn't know what it means to take responsibility for their errors. NEVER NEVER go back. My daughter-in-law sent money to her son for college and to be able to come home for a couple of days. The box had the address in red but the employee made the mistake of printing the label with his old address. It was delivered correctly by UPS in his area but even though the store has admitted that it is their mistake they find no responsibility to cover the contents in the box. You shouldn't need to pay for insurance on the package to be covered when the store admits it was their error. So disgusted with this business owner. I own a business & I would have covered the contents in a heart beat. That's what a responsible business owner does. I recommend boycotting this shop. read more
