Additionally, a returned item was customer packaged, but what Amazon doesn't make clear when it says original packaging. It doesn't just mean the manufactured box but also the big box that it came in with other items. The UPS Store 3065 - Requested business cards on May 9th and on May 10th I sent the back of the card with the logos for the UPS Store Suite to work with. I hear nothing for days, I keep calling about my business cards because days go by and I hear nothing from the UPS Store Suite 3 in Cathedral City. I finally get an email after I kept inquiring over the phone. So finally, they send me the proposed business card and they asked for approval of the card that they sent me, however, the font was wrong and had no logos or the small print. They now finally they have it correct but no back of the card was sent to me for my approval. I inquire but they kept telling me the back of the card was not requested on the original order. I asked a second time do please go ahead and do the back as well since I sent the logos the next day. They kept saying is was not part of the original order. For the third time, I said can you guy's do it? I called multiple times today and no answer. I drove to the store, I asked to speak to the manager or whoever was in charge, the employee states the owner is here. I speak to her, the "owner" and I explain how patient I have been in waiting for my business cards... and I kept getting getting emails saying the back of the card was not requested! Are you serious!! I asked the owner if she could move forward from being petty and do the back of the business card. I said if you can not make my business card then I will take my business somewhere else who can. She said to take my business somewhere and that she was sorry but that she could not. If she could not do the back of my business card then why waste my time (16 days later) to tell me she could not perform. I should have known better in 2019, they messed up my decal (magnet) from the side of my door misspelling the name of the city of Coachella to "Cochella". Worst customer service ever. Poorly trained, unmotivated clerk. We are a medical business and somehow, our shipment of expensive and refrigerated supplements was not delivered and, instead, dropped off that store. It was kept there for over a week and we didn't know. UPS website showed "en route" until I called the shipper. According to the shipper, that store accepted the packages and the person named Bell sign off on the delivery. When I came to pick it up, I was told they don't have it. I showed the clerk UPS shipping details. He said "the package was accepted but it wasn't checked in." It didn't make any sense. He spent no time looking for it and, instead, bluntly suggest to call UPS in Palm Springs. I have already called UPs prior to coming to that store to confirm that the package is there. That argument had no impact on the clerk. He basically asked me to leave. I can not judge the entire staff by one individual but the customer service at the very basic was non existent. Fortunately, the shipper agreed to replace the package. I hope I don't need to go to that store again. read more

The employee showed up a couple minutes late with a Taco Bell drink but then it took him long to log in into the system etc. I was the first in line and already lots of people after me. Everyone had to wait, but that's ok. All I needed was a self addressed envelope. The employee (who didn't have a name tag) said "ugh I was hoping my morning would start with something easy but nope it had to start with this". I was like how's that complicated? When the assist manager asked what was in my box I accidentally said money and wooden hair brushes he said we will just put brushes i asked him to tape the ends up before i left he taped one and said he would get the other after he helped the customers in line. I left my sister got the package minus 130$ of which i had hid in the box so if the box was opened for a reason they wouldn't see it as it was wrapped in a letter. The letter waS folded and put back in the box but no money. The manager seems to be delusional thinking that his employee didnt take it as i know he did. The manager also said that money hasn't gone missing at this location when that assnt manager is here but it has from another location. So yes I believe in my heart he took it will they do anything about it no, will i get my money back ? No! Its very sad that it has to come to this the keep employees that steal from customers update: just received a reply back they said the assnt manager didn't steal my money liar he did he was the only person that i told the money was in there so unless you want you stuff gone through and stolen go to this UPS location. I have used this store many times over the years. It's close to home. There is a gal who works there with a homemade tattoo on her face. She can be efficient but lacks customer service skills. Last visit she took care of my return, all the while carrying on a conversation with a delivery person, never speaking a word to me. I tried to speak with her and was ignored. Today I go in for another return. Obviously they had a busy morning because there were lots of returns about. The same gal takes care of the guy in front of me. Then tells me it will be a few minutes while I box up these returns. There is no one behind me. Like I said there were many returns about, so that would be awhile. Eventual she says, "if you don't want to wait, you can use the kiosk behind you." I said, "or you can just help me." She loudly says, "you don't need to be rude." The notary and possible manager asks her what I said. She says, "he said I can do my job." I replied, "that is not what I said, I said you can just help me." By the way I would never tell someone to do their job. Then the notary/manager was talking quietly to her. Couldn't hear what he said. But I did hear her reply, "you told me to do this!" I went to the kiosk and checked myself out. I still recommend this place. Every other employee has been very pleasant. Even she seems like a hard worker who is worth training her in customer service skills. I think she has had a hard life and thinks the world is out to get her. I walked in, did not get greeted, waited and waited until finally I told a clerk, I have 2 things I need done. I asked if they keep a copy file of car magnets. He checked computer and told me no there is no copy on file. Then he walked away. I waited and waited and waited and waited again. Then I said excuse me, can somebody help me. I told you I have two things I need to get done. He was rude in saying you're not specific you haven't said what you want you need to specify what you want. I told him I did specify I'm gliving you the paper and it clearly says I need 125 sets of daycare activity packages. Then he continued to argue with me. Then the other two clerks, men and women clerk said we've never seen you before we don't know what you want. You can't come in here and expect us to know what you want. I responded, It doesn't matter if I've been here or not you are a store of service and you're supposed to greet me and ask me how can I help you and then I can let you know what I need done. After explaining to the clerk exactly what I need done, which was $300 worth of daycare activity double page sets, when I went back to pick them up, I realize none of the sets were stapled. I called the store to ask why are my sets not stapled, he said because you didn't tell us you wanted them stapled. I asked do I have to pay more to have them stapled? He said no, you just need to tell us you wanted them stapled. I told them I always use their UPS STORE. It's been five years since I needed a large set of daycare activity paperwork and five years ago, I never had a problem with the store doing any printing and they knew when you collate paperwork they are to be stapled unless asked not to. We have had a mailbox here now for close to five years, and I can't say enough about the owners, staff and convenience! Without fail, I am always greeted by name, staff extremely helpful and efficient. I average anywhere from one to six packages a week and I know they will be safe until I can pick them up. It is also very convenient having they other services they offer. They have a Notary, can Fax, help with passports, shredding of documents and several others we have not utilized yet. read more

I saw an advertisement that they shipped art work. So I gave it a try and insured and shipped a package in May of 22. The shipment arrived heavily damaged and went back to this store to file a claim. The claim was never filed and the manager was fired as the new manager claims. Now the claim has been re-entered but the new manager refuses to give me a claim number or any information regarding the status in writing with the exception that she is working on it. It is now October and I hope I can record this as a loss on my 22 tax forms. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING OF VALUE. read more
