We came in with a large package to mail. There was 1 customer who was talking with Roger extensively about their previous employment and knowing what their rights with the ADA were. This person had no complaints with the store, but they were expansive in conversation and the box was heavy. When this person left, I commended Roger for his kindness and patience in dealing with someone so self centered and unconcerned that others were there to do business. This is my closest UPS store for returning things from Amazon. Although usually lines, it goes quite fast. It helps that the employees know the computer system and how to do returns quickly. Lightening fast over all; this helps my nerves. Easy peasy overall. It's a small store and location is deep in the back of the strip mall but it's close by. Usually 3-4 employees at all times. 2 cashiers, 2 packing, etc...... And they are friendly too which always helps the shopping experience. read more

Outgoing US mail kept in a clear trash bag on the floor. This is unacceptable. I didn't trust them to mail my documents. Unlabeled return items and packages are piled all over the counters in a disorganized mess. I left a small amazon item with them and will watch carefully to see if it makes it. read more

This store seems to do significantly more Amazon returns compared to other stores. It seems they are try to increase notary coverage, which I also use. They carefully took the picture and attached it to my application, then offered to send the application to the passport center giving me two options. The last two packages I've sent from this store have been lost. I can no longer use UPS as they are unreliable and since this is the local store that I use then they get most of the blame. I paid extra for 2nd day shipping and it never works. What's the point on charging so much extra for it? UPS tracking system does not work at all. Every other company tells you exactly where it is and UPS for some reason only tells you when it leaves the local facility which might not even be accurate. I don't know how their technology can be so bad these days. One day it says it will deliver by 9pm on Tuesday, the next day it says "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." Many days later and nothing. There's also no refund policy for the local store or UPS unless you pay over $100 because I guess 2nd day air doesn't mean anything even though it's $75+ for a small package. Either fix it from the store and have a better refund policy or at the company but don't offer delivery options that have zero meaning and zero promise. It's like paying for two nights at a hotel and then in the second night the hotel kicking you out because they overbooked and then they tell you "there's no guarantee when you purchase two nights." I could have paid the basic fee and perhaps had my package delivered at the same speed which who knows at this point. I could have driven myself across the country in less time. The UPS claims department is also very tedious and unaccountable. I'm probably out $78 for shipping and the value of the package contents. read more

You will never find a more caring and conscientious owning manager than Judy keeping an eye on your po box....and looking after an incoming shipment awaiting a pick-up. I usually like this store because they open early and people are nice and helpful here.But today I had a terrible experience with one of their employees there this early morning 8/30/24.I m supposed to pick up 2 packages, she only gave me one and I told her that Ihave another one that was delivered yesterday, I showed her my UPS app about the status (DELIVERED) and ask her nicely if she could check my tracking number IN HER COMPUTER but she didn't pay too much attention about it and told me WITHOUT DOUBLE CHECKING where they put all the packages that THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT IT because IT IS NOT IN THEIR COMPUTER.I called customer service and confirmed that It was received yesterday by one of their employee so 10 after leaving the storeI came back and talked to I different employee which happened to be the receiver of my package and was able to find my package in LESS THAN 1 MINUTE.How I wish all employees there will be very helpful and knowledgeable.By the way that 1star was for my bad experienced with employee. read more

I took a package to mailed and gave the young man the measurements and weight. I had already gone on the UPS website to make sure the dimensions and weight were under the limit. The young man measured the package and weighed it and told me it would be over $400 to ship it. Online it had stated it would be $98. I asked why the difference and he said because it's close to the limit so we would have to apply a surcharge. I showed him the amount it said on the UPS website and he became rude and said, " I just punch in the numbers and the machine gives me the price." I asked what measurements and weight he input and he said, "I am not going to do it for you at that price". I had just moved so my printer at home was not set up so I had to take the package home and unpack the printer, connect it to WiFi and print the label from UPS and then take the package to the same store and hand it over, this time to a young lady who took it without question. I asked if the young man was working who helped me the time before and she said he's in the back and went to get him for me. He refused to come out. I asked her to inform him that the package was indeed $98 to ship, so customers would not be inconvenienced by his lack of customer service and not imputing the correct data into his UPS terminal. "We charge $5 to receive an email..." As an amazon prime member, there comes occasion where I need to return items, such as my textbook rental due today. I do not own a printer, so usually print the label at the ups store when I drop off the package. It always costs $2. Today I tried this new UPS location, told the rep that I needed to print out an amazon return label, he quickly stated "we charge $5 to receive an email and print anything!" I asked "Why? That's ridiculous. Every other location charges $2." He repeated "we charge $5 to receive an email" I picked up my box, wished him merry Christmas, never to return to this location again. PS... WOW! This is hands down THE BEST UPS STORE IN THE AREA. HANDS DOWN. You WILL get amazing service in-person. As I did from Charlie one of the managers of this UPS locations. Charlie will help you with literally anything that UPS does and more, he helped me ship and pack my item with easy and perfectly packaged my item so it arrived safety, and without damage and it was SUPER Awkwardly sized. But yet he did it! Something I certainly couldn't do! (I even tried!) He is a GEM of an employee and UPS is lucky to have him not only due to his rock star abilities, but he was sweet, kind, and put up with me so early in the morning and THAT my friends is saying something! I was already stressed out from having to return my equipment to my former employer after I was laid off due to COVID 19 related restructuring and she made my experience awkward. I had to call my former manager to call her and watched as they spoke over the phone together about if the boxes were free for packaging or not. What a mistake going to this UPS! The parking is super annoying and the cashier Virginia was a total capital B! 9 months preggo I waddle in there with an Amazon return (which was also super annoying but that's an entirely different story) and she barely greets me and tells me it's $1 to seal my small package. Huh!? I've NEVER had a cashier charge me to seal a package in fact the reason I like to go to UPS is they are also so helpful and friendly. I asked for a piece of tape to seal the envelope, and was informed by the clerk behind the counter in a very aggressive manner " that will be $2.00.
