I have been in for print jobs dozens of times and the staff always greet me warmly and give me exactly the print job I requested. They are fast and friendly. One time I had a print job that had to be individually printed and Dhruv (who works at UPS) patiently printed each individual sheet without complaint. He treated me with kindness. Another time a different employee redid a print job that wasn't exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this UPS location. read more

ZERO stars. Don't go here! Use any other store in the area. I came to print a resume on resume quality paper (easy 3 pages). He charged me as such, so I know he heard my order correctly. Then they printed my resume on regular printer paper. I told them that was not what I asked for. Then they double charged me to reprint... To reprint my order that they messed up on. It's not about the extra couple dollars spent. It's about the defensive, rude attitudes from all of these employees today. If you make a mistake, then fix it and apologize. Instead, this group of guys seemed PIST off at me for asking for the correct paper I ordered, and demanded that I pay more. They started talking in a different language angrily the entire time. As someone in the customer service industry, this was unbelievable and unacceptable. Steer clear. They don't deserve your business. read more

Very unpleasant experience here today. Came in to return an item to Amazon. Had checked the option for "no box, no return label needed" The UPS employee then tells us that we needed to package it ourselves and the one indication of this was some minuscule writing on the QR code that says "customer packaged". One young male employee offered no solution and would not acknowledge how there could be confusion between Amazon's instructions and UPS's expectations. He leaned across the counter and towered over me, arguing in my face about the issue. Why be in customer service when your customer service skills are lacking? I asked him what the solution was, can we buy a box from here? Finally he said yes and charged us $20 for a box. Totally absurd. I contacted Amazon immediately afterwards, they apologized for the issue and acknowledged their return options need to be updated to reflect if a customer needs to package anything. And they credited me the amount I paid for the box. This UPS store needs to better educate their employees on policies and processes of companies (like Amazon) that they partner with. They should not treat customers like they are in the wrong when it's a systemic issue. This place also ALWAYS smells of body odor. We usually go further down the street to another UPS location with friendlier staff and that doesn't smell. Happened to be next to this location today and reminded of why we don't come here. read more

I was quoted $27 to mail a package but was charged $43. I realized this later on the receipt. (My package was ready to mail, they did not pack it.) This UPS stop is potentially overcharging customers, be mindful and I'd go to another location to mail packages. read more

Always love coming here. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They answer all your questions and will do everything they can to assist you with your service. They offer a good number of services such as printing your documents, making copies and mailing things out using UPS or regular postal. I do feel their computer use to print items is a tad on the pricier side. Definitely costs more than Fed Ex Kinkos per copy. It's like .20 cents per copy here where at Kinkos it's like .10 cents. But the location is convenient for me and it's a very fast and efficient store. read more

I have gone here many times for services such as shipping, returns, printing, etc. opting to drive to this location which is further from where I live than a few ups stores. Always friendly and very helpful, as well as patient and efficient. There's always a bright atmosphere in the place, and the people who work there and run the place are always mellow and deliver upstanding customer service. Open later than any other shipping store in the area - till 7:00 PM which is great news if you work past 5. Never have had a a single problem. Their pricing is very low in general, less than their competitor. I even bought a replacement pop socket wallet there, as they have the most diverse collection in stock I've ever seen read more

Stay away! I came to the store because I needed overnight delivery of original docs because I was competing for a contract position. Four months later, the documents were never delivered, the store is blaming UPS and UPS is blaming the store. UPS says they are just a franchise with a business account and they are not a legitimate UPS branch so UPS can't help. the store keeps telling me that "UPS is researching the problem" which is bullshit because when I called UPS they told me no claim is in their system, and no one from UPS ever picked up the document. Further, the store said they filed a complaint with UPS and gave me a claim number. I called UPS directly with the claim number, and they said that it "was not a UPS claim number" total bullshit. Total shit show here. If you have important docs do not work through the store. read more

This is my favorite store because is so close to where I live all my neighbors and me go there but now I had some bad experiences with the manager Atish. Me and my neighbors think he feels like he's the owner of that store and that he can just treat people in a bad way instead of helping them. My husband and I were in need of a notary for a house closing on a Sunday afternoon. I called this location and wasn't DENIED the service. We came in an hour before closing and was greeted politely by Atish (the notary). He was really nice and patient with the entire notary process. Everything went smooth and didn't feel rushed at all. Here's how the checkout went;. Me, "Cheapest option please there's no rush". Lady, "Okay by Thursday $43.xx,". Me, "really, is that the cheapest, there is absolutely no rush". Lady, "okay Wednesday $36.xx". Me, "really that's the cheapest option, again time does not matter.". Lady, "okay $17.xx". At this point I'm not even convinced it's the cheapest rate but don't care. Then she says "swipe your card" and I see the charge is for $35! She did previously find me a box, then put my item in it and taped it up, (took about two minutes tops),. Didn't use foam or any cushioning at all. The box was a tight fit, but I brought tape thinking I could do all that myself. I didn't ask for her to pack it, only to find me a box, because the ones on the shop floor were all way too large or slightly too small. Box cost was $2.50. After that I paid and said out loud "I will never come here again". The lady either didn't hear me or pretended not to as she walked to the side to retrieve the label print. Long story short,. This place is trying to wring you out for every possible dollar in a very sly sneaky way. That gave me a distrusting feeling. I will not return to this business, ever. Go to the Post Office. They will simply get you what you want and do their job. and not try to rip you off. read more

Have always had a great experience- tonight a busy time we had to get Bio Metrics done - 3 of us and had issues with scanning . If you're mailing something make sure you bring your box your bubble wrap and popcorn. I can understand paying for the box but paying for bubble wrap and popcorn. When you can secure that with newspaper at home. Plastic bubble wrap. $5.10 The popcorn was. 1.50 What I mailed was a mug not a very small box not much popcorn or plastic wrap need. The person that help me was very nice but honestly how does this business owner sleep at night over charging their customers this way. read more

Went in to report a package that was opened and had some of the content STOLEN only to have the manager ATISH laugh in my face before making a copy and taking down a phone number. Disrespectful and humiliating. His only concern was getting me out of the store and not on the actual claim. Will absolutely never use ups again. read more

Atish & his team are always so warm and welcoming. The pricing is fair and on par with other shipping centers in the area. They always answer my questions in detail even though I have like 10 million of them. I never feel blown off. Came here for the LiveScan for one of my jobs, and the person that handles the scans had excellent customer service. They told me I had to wait 20 mins, which was the downside, but was able to fit me in as a walk-in appt (normally you have to make appt) vs having to come back the next day! I really appreciated it, and he takes his time to do the scan perfectly so you don't feel rushed. $25 rolling fee. read more

I'd give a no star had the option be there! They said to print from a usb i have to use the computer and not the usb plug in copier, ok fine. Then they charged me to use the computer, they don't warn just charge. I said I didn't need the computer and just plugged usb into the usb port and they said either way we'd have charged you computer usage. 4 single-sided copies in black and white for $3. These folks went above and beyond to help me out of a jam: long story short, they packaged up a bunch of stuff, found a low-cost way to ship it home for me, and when I lost the tracking number (d'oh), they patiently supplied it for me. I needed to get a Live Scan completed. Atish scheduled my appointment and when I arrived, he was right on time. I forgot my paperwork and he worked with me to print it and got me back on track. Atish was amazing at juggling my requests and attending to people in line who were trying to send packages all while never making me feel like he was assisting two people at once. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. In October, I purchased a padded mailer and attempted to ship several items to NY. The cashier never asked what I was shipping and never asked me the value of what I was shipping. Never offered insurance. I didn't think anything of it. However, the package never made it to its destination- it apparently went out for delivery, wasn't delivered, but never was scanned back into the system. I called this store where I shipped it from and the manager (Atish, I believe) told me to wait a few days to see if it showed up. Surprise, it didn't. I called again to follow up- he told me he would file a "lost" complaint and they would begin an investigation which would take 8-10 business days. Okay great. I then described the items in the package for him in case they miraculously appeared. After ten business days I called again- he told me they determined the items were lost and I could submit receipts of the items in the package in hopes of reimbursement. However, he warned me I wouldn't received more than $100 in reimbursement. I explained that the items in the package were worth double that amount, but he told me it didn't matter because I "didn't declare their worth." I explained I was never asked to declare an amount- if prompted, I certainly would have given an amount and I would assume the cashier would then offer some sort of insurance on the package. Which I would have happily paid for. Had I know my $200 worth of presents for my best friend would only be reimbursed for $100 god forbid the package was lost, naturally I would have protected my investment and insured the package. When I explained this to Atish, he told me I was wrong, that he could almost guarantee his employee asked me if I wanted to declare an amount. He called me a liar. I let that go, and submitted my receipts for all the items in the package. Shock of all shocks, I found out this morning that I was only reimbursed $115.06: $100 for the items and $15 for the shipping. Actually now I'm realizing I wasn't even reimbursed for the mailer I purchased. Great. Anyway, when Atish called me at 11 am to tell me the good news of my reimbursement, he asked if I wanted cash or a check, to which I responded- check. He tells me great, come on in today. I show up at 1:45 this afternoon and he goes "okay cash right?" I said, "no, I said check, but that's fine I'll take cash,". And he replies with "oh I told you if you wanted a check it wouldn't be until tomorrow,". I told him that no, this wasn't true, he never said that. He insisted he did. I asked if he was calling me a liar, yet AGAIN, and he replied with his insistence that he never said that. So here we are. I'm out over $100 and have been called a liar twice now. Personally I'll never ship with UPS, especially through this store. And I would encourage Atish, the MANAGER, to perhaps take a few classes on customer service and maybe work on some memory games, as his seems to be faulty. read more
