One would think that if they couldn't deliver they would schedule you for the next day or as soon as possible. Nope. I called and got a delivery date for a week later. So now I'm 3 weeks post when I should have received it and I am given a window of 10-2 for the delivery. However, it doesn't show up until about 2:45 and, as a result, I was unable to go to the event I planned to that afternoon that I would have been able to attend had they showed up on time. I call them when there are people on the office and was told they tried to contact me, which never happened. Then they told me the next delivery time was next week, since they only deliver to my area once a week. No "we are sorry, we'll have it to you today", no nothing. I ask how can they/I be sure I'll actually see them next week since they actually have such a blase attitude on making deliveries and have no issues lying about it. After escalating it within RXO and the retailer (LG), nobody can do anything. I tell LG (who has had this back ordered for two months) to keep their stupid TV I don't want it, and RXO that they are incompetent liars. I then ordered a better TCL TV from Best Buy for less money and hopefully reliable delivery. I hope RXO loses money on having to return the TV they failed to deliver back to LG.

I didn't see that policy written anywhere and never heard it before, so either she was making lying or this location just won't do more than 3 returns.
