The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!

They ruined a ton of our furniture and took 6.5 hours to…read moremove a two bed apartment even though the kitchen and lots of miscellaneous items were already moved. We ended ip having to keep our items in their parking lot all night until they could get us a different crew. I refused to let crew number one enter my home after watching them drop furniture and drag it across concrete! They only covered two mattresses the rest was just placed in a dirty truck and some against our dirty grill in the truck!Johnson After lots of headaches and back and forth foolishness (on their part) they gave us two options. First option is give us a full refund for the moving expenses and a nonsense payment of $807.00 for the damage. Second option is to change our policy to full value loss, have an insurance adjuster come out, not refund us for the move, and they give us what the insurance adjuster sees fit for our loss. We chose option one as I have no trust in these people anymore and am sick of living with filthy broken furniture. Had they let us know about the insurance and options before the move we would have made sure it was full value loss. Below are some pictures to give you an idea of how awful these people were! I'm still sick and not really able to understand how a company can be rhis awful to its customers. Take more pride in your work!!

The receipt they give out to come pick up your clothes has no details on it as to how many items you are leaving. Several years ago an alteration took weeks to get back and this went on for a while but seems to have improved . No one calls now to let me know when it actually is back. On the door there are so many rules that it took me 10 minutes to read them all. Also over the years the hours change constantly. Anyway, like I mentioned I only use them because they are close and at least they have not ruined any of my clothes.

You can't tell me one plastic bag would have caused this expensive company to go bankrupt!! I'll take my business elsewhere.
