Deliveries arrive on time, but they are too expensive. Often the price of the sending the package exceeds the cost of the items being shipped. Also, sometimes the employees are friendly, but one of them at the FEDX near me never smiles, never thanks the customer, and makes me never wan me to return. read more

I worked with Charlie and her staff on a very special memorial project. From start to finish Charlie went beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. The final results were exactly what I wanted. I messed up on the sizing and Charlie still fixed it for me. Her patience and understanding are outstanding and I'm so grateful. This review is not only for the lack of training in this location so that the staff fully informs the customer, but also for FedEx corporate. I sent an important overnight package and paid $129 for first delivery (by 10AM). It was only going to the next state, just across the border. It was not delivered until 1:07 PM. I have contacted corporate and even when nicely asking for a supervisor, was told none are available and I could not be transferred, then hung up on twice! I'm not asking for a full refund, just the difference between the $129 I paid for first delivery and the $87 I could have paid for 1:30 PM delivery. This location needs to train their employees to FULLY inform the customer of any and all policies, especially those involving refunds, etc. I do not recommend FedEx to anyone and if you must use them, ask a LOT of questions, don't expect them to be fully transparent with you. read more

This is a shout to Ms. TEZIA [SO sorry for the wrong name]. The other day I was helping prep for a court case, and had nearly $30 worth of copies to make- all while holding my 8 month old. It took Azea and I working as a team, quite a while to get everything done as is? I can't imagine how many hours it would have taken me to get that done without her help. She was so thoughtful, caring, supportive, helpful.. I mean she really stepped it up into the above and beyond region, in a way that in no way was required of her or part of her job description per se. She talked with me throughout the process, was very personable and sweet interacting as well with my son who just loved her; and she figured out a way to organize it all by making a series of piles with the originals, copies, and duplicate copies in stacked patterns~ keeping everything nice and in order from start to finish. I feel especially in today's current social climate and politically correct-obsessed atmosphere, where social media and technology have taken over, especially in customer service? It is rare you find a gem anymore, but Azea is for sure one of them and absolutely deserves recognition for her impeccable customer service, and above and beyond effort, enthusiasm, and overall attitude. Azea you made an incredibly hard day and even harder week a little bit more endurable than when I came in with all of my copies to make. It's in those small moments throughout a person's day, such as when they are out running errands or at the grocery store, work, or whatnot? Tiny seemingly otherwise trivial interactions? Those can and do often make the biggest difference. It doesn't matter what job you have, just how you approach it. Anyone can make an impact, and it may seem like not a big deal, but when someone is at the point where having say a really good customer service experience versus a really bad one would be the difference between them getting through whatever they're going through and maybe them crumbling? That's bigger than just being a good employee. That's just being a really good person. It may have seemed benign but I really think having the experience I did after the day I had? Whoever delivers for FedEx in the Rural area of Pleasant Hill Mo is a LAZY POS that does NOT deliver to the homes. Instead I have actually witnessed a FEDEx driver put a package on top of a trash bin near the gravel road. The customer is elderly so my husband actually took the package and put it on her porch like the Scumbag FedEx driver got paid to do. Now a FedEx package for me is lost because the "delivery" picture looks like the box was just thrown in the woods somewhere. Fed Ex doesn't seem to give a damn that they have a lazy dirtbag for a driver and they do nothing about lost packages. Instead they send text messages trying to get people to check a box that says they took deliver. The more I look at the picture it looks like it was left on a mail box which is right by the road where anyone can just reach out their car window and take it. What a LOUSY COMPANY! I have been to this store multiple times by choice and because I had to use this store, and I have never been disappointed. Lines move quickly, staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went to another store that wanted to charge me $10 to print their own shipping label, I went to FedEx and they printed another sites shipping label for free! read more

This place is terrible. They made me wait in the line, "just go over there".... Helped many persons before me, yes, I am Black. And then made 1/2 of my copies, kept my paperwork, and still charged me for things that were not even printed. People of color stay away. I mean just look at the cameras on 112/19/2023, cameras do not lie. That representative needs more training and some understanding of customer service. You tell me why I had to wait and then did not get what I paid for, you be the judge. read more

My negative review is based on how they handle package shipping/receiving. I prefer to have any Fedex or UPS packages held at a local store rather than left on my porch or dropping "we missed you" notes. The local UPS handles this process with extreme efficiency. When I try to do the same thing at this Fedex office I am lucky if they can find my package. The Fedex app will notify me that my package was left at the store and include the name of the employee that signed for it. 9 out of the last 10 packages I have handled at this store had problems. Each time I get confirmation to pick up the clerk will tell me he can't find the package and I must have used a different store. Twice I could see that the clerks name tag matched the name of the employee that signed for it. I will point this out to him and he will begrudgingly locate the package in the back room. The problem spans multiple employees so it's a store management issue. read more

I am beyond grateful for the help of Jeff and Tina! We needed to ship an unusual item- and our timeline was specific and stressful. Both team members did an amazing job of staying calm- and keeping us calm as our options because complicated. They went over-and-beyond to think out of the box (no pun intended...) to determine how to practically solve our shipping dilemma. Not only did they take care of us- our situation became time consuming! - but they were able to gracefully manage the other customers, so that our situation didn't inconvenience the needs of everybody else needing attention during a busy time. It was an unfaltering priority to treat all of their customers with respect and kindness, and to solve shipping issues with efficiency! read more

Numerous negative experiences here have lead me to writing a review. The customer service here is mediocre at best. Their printers are constantly messing up. Their wait time is outrageous! Never again. Angie who works there is the worst costumer service person I have ever dealt with. She uses curse words and I have heard her talk negatively about other costumers. She's been rude to both myself and my husband on several occasions after messing up the orders. Instead of trying to correct them she just avoids you. I will avoid this location at all costs. read more

I received confirmation that my order was done. To be on the safe side I checked the status online and it said it was not finished. When I called, the lady said "I'm the only one here so it wont be ready for another couple hours." Glad I didn't make the trip! I just had the worst customer experience in their store. I was second in line with my two year, (second in line, out of two.) A worker made eye contact with me and I said, "I'll be right with you." In meantime, my toddler started talking and asking the people around him questions. Everyone giggled. They were aware that we were there. Over the next 10 minutes, 5-6 other people came in. One-by-one, a worker went to every single person,and I was left standing in my original spot. No help. I agree with the previous review, they are extremely disorganized.
