This does not even count as a complaint, but the store has a very "messy" feel to it. There are too many displays of varying heights. Another thing I noticed on my drop off package receipt, is that they provide a discount code for some of their services. Their prices are already reasonable, so this is a nice little bonus. Another bonus is that Petra falafel recently opened. I grabbed one of their take-out menu so that I can easily order from them in the future.

They quoted me $19 then I went to the post office and finally mailed it out for $12.40 so I think that the UPS store in Westmont might be scamming people I can't confirm nor deny but to charge somebody $31 to send a baseball cap to California is ridiculous. In the meantime another customer working on the computer had 3 children running wild who had been given bubble wrap to pop. They were screaming , popping bubble wrap and climbing on everything. More customers arrived and again " Crystal... we have a line." Still nothing. Crazy to have just one available employee on a busy Saturday afternoon. I visited this location out of complete frustration with the location near my home in the city. I work nearby and wanted desperately to finish printing my wedding invitations for my wedding in September. I dropped off my print job around 9:30 in the morning. I headed off to a meeting and when I returned an hour or two later, the job was completed flawlessly - the first time (something the location near me struggled to do after 8 visits)! Heather was so friendly and helpful. I was completely blown away! When I returned to pick up the job, Gina rang me up. I asked her if she could help me print a sheet of address labels for my invitations (something that had led to a ton of misprints when I tried at home). She not only said she could help me, but she waited so patiently as another bride shared some great invitation mailing advice. When we finished chatting, Gina had my labels printed in the blink of an eye! I am beyond grateful for Heather and Gina's help! They made somethings that had been so frustrating up to that point a piece of cake. I will definitely be returning to print both the programs and menus for my wedding (and anything else I ever need to print)!
