Completely incompetent. Shipped an item from this location, item never made it to receiver, declared lost. Spent over an hour on the phone and transferred about 7 times on the phone just trying to deal with my claim. I expect this from USPS, not FedEx. read more

Main reason I'm giving them a one star is because the hours on the door clearly states they are open from 12 PM to 6 PM on Sundays. I made a special trip to this location just to drop off a package and lo and behold they're closed. Before you go, make sure you call to guarantee they are open. Live and learn! read more

I hadn't been to Fedex in a while. This location was great. Very friendly fast and helpful young man working, I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Showed him account number and ship to address and he entered info lighting fast. I did an online design and order for a poster for my classroom. My complaints about that whole mess are, when an image is uploaded, there is no way to insert text onto it. (Srsly?!) So there's that, but that beef doesn't reflect my in-store experience. /end FedExKinkosWebsiteRant The poster I threw together with my limited skills cost me $32 including laminating ($3). I picked it up today. Luckily most jobs like this have about a 24 - hour turnaround. Despite my ordering and paying for laminating, it was NOT laminated when I arrived. I pointed it out and my order was double checked... then I had to wait for the laminating machine to be warmed up so my order could be finished. I left 15 minutes later.. It wasn't this particular worker's error and she apologized for her coworker's error... but he signed off that it was completed. C'mon now; my order wasn't complicated. Two steps, right? Print, laminate. I'd never used this location but have gone to the Arlington Heights (Rand + AH road) location frequently, as well as to Lake Zurich (Rand + Rt. 22) a handful of times and have never once had an issue - and ALL of my orders have involved printing + laminating either posters or 8.5×11 documents - up to 40 at a time - in color and having them laminated. Thankfully I didn't come by today during my lunch hour, because I definitely couldn't afford the wasted time. read more

I had a great experience here. The store itself is very clean and bright. The a/c was CRANKED when I was there, but it's July so I expect it. I zipped in one morning to make copies. I had a problem with the card reader and the copies that were coming out. The employee, (there was only one there), stopped everything to get me what I needed. This was my first experience using online print services/store pickup. I created an account at 6pm and wanted to pickup a few color copies tonight (need them tomorrow) and was bummed that I couldn't select today's date even though they were open a couple more hours. So I selected tomorrow's date and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me within 10 minutes of my online order to tell me that my order was completed and ready to be picked up tonight, ahead of schedule as I was hoping it would be. I usually use local printers to ensure quality, so I was hesitant to go back to FedEx, given my not so pleasing past experiences at the Naperville location with quality and staff a couple years back, but I was in a bind and needed a quick turn-around for on of my client's requests. So, I took the plunge and tried FedEx as a last resort- and was very pleased that I did. I had a great experience with Casandra and Marco at the Glen Ellyn Location. My initial order was printed incorrectly, but their attention to the matter was handled very quickly- so quickly in fact, that I immediately placed another order for Vinyl lettering in which I needed for another client who was looking for quick printing. Cassandra and Marco communicated with me throughout the entire process to ensure my lettering would be ready within the scheduled turn-around time provided. However, on that day the print center they use to print the lettering just so happened to have machine a malfunction. Cassandra let me know right away, and sent my order to another local printer to ensure I'd receive my lettering on time. And to top it off, Marco met me at that location closer to my house with the lettering in hand so I was able to deliver the product to my client on time- and it looks fabulous! Very impressed with the extra effort on behalf of Cassandra and Marco to meet my business needs. I'm also very impressed with the quality of FedEx overall. My usual printers have lengthy turnaround times and are, as you can imagine, pricy. So if I can save money for my clients without affecting the integrity of my prints- it's a win-win. I'll definitely be back and kudos to the Glen Ellyn team- customer service is key- and to have happy faces and like-minded individuals helping to serve business goals- all parties succeed. , read more

We needed some quick prints for a conference, and our normal printer's copier was down. Cue the panicked scrambling. Luckily, not only did Peggy at FedEx totally save the day with her quick turnaround, she noticed that one of our flyers had been incorrectly split onto two pages. I came in with a simple print job. I wanted 18x24 prints from PDFs for my classroom. When I asked about prices for black and white, all 3 would cost around $7. The new sales associate didn't know how to work the computer program, and the more experienced worker sent my job to the color printer. Had I got all three printed in color, it would have cost over $50!!!! I said I had wanted them in black and white. They only printed one and said they would send the other two to the black and white printer. I waited for over an HOUR while they tried to figure out what was wrong with the printer. They said they would print them and call me when they were done. It is 4:40 the following day, and I have not yet heard from them. There is no answer at this location either. I am certainly not going to be sending any more of my work here. read more
