Came to this UPS location for a quick return on my birthday and left disappointed. I didn't have tape with me, and instead of a simple heads-up about the policy, the staff spoke to me very abruptly, saying that the tape is not free. Another employee even questioned what "kind of service" I was expecting. I have no problem paying for tape, I just didn't expect a big attitude over something so small; the world has bigger issues. After reading other reviews, it seems this kind of experience has happened to others as well. Truly hoping this location improves its customer service, unfortunately, I won't return. read more

I write this review here as I want to alert everybody that UPS has NO service!!! Pretty bannend in Europe as they are so bad, unfortunately they still believe that they are king in the US!!! So clearly , if you want shipments get lost ( 3palettes lost for us) or receive merchandise soaking wet, thrown in a new box, without any comment... or waiting for a palette and receive one box only, the next day another box.... Then go with UPS!! They are really good with it! They are very excellent in not answering to any phone call... so getting help is impossible! You can write an email, ....if you want to waist your time!! I think USPS is faster and more relevant than UPS!! Never seen such a shame !!! read more

Quick drop off! LOVE this location. Mainly because of their extended hours. They don't close until 9p and I've never had a problem with dropping off boxes. 10/10 recommend. Just be wary of parking as it is located in downtown and there's only street parking available. read more

1st, I have to say, this review is only about mailbox rentals. I'm am actually kinda sad I have to write this review because the owner and the people who work here are nice and super helpful. But there is a problem with the address 912 E 12th St Suite B & then your suite number and I was NEVER able to get my mail delivered here in the 2 years I rented. No matter how I filled out my address, the post office wouldn't recongnize this address or deliver to it. And I'd always have to pick up my mail at some post office way station in the middle of nowhere. It was a real pain, but at the time, there was no other UPS store near me, so I was stuck. The owner and staff really tried to help, but they couldn't. It's an address problem. But none the less - DON'T RENT A BOX HERE. you won't get you mail. All their other service are a fine, just don't rent a mailbox till they can sort this out. It caused a lot of problems for me. read more

I HAD to write a review to share how great Trevor was. I was here at this store before closing when I had to print and fax something for the IRS. The online system was down so despite having already uploaded and ready to go, I couldn't print it out to send on time! Trevor was so positive and helpful and even stayed late to try and help me get everything taken care of. I had to drive home to email it to the store, but Trevor was patient. I'm sure this UPS Store location is fine to ship packages, but if one Is considering renting a PO Box here for mail, I suggest you visit a few times and get a feel for their overall system and energy. This is what I'd guess you'll experience: 1) tons of packages all over the place near the mailboxes not organized (of even stacked) with any logical rhyme or reason 2) Very often the front counter is empty because the staff is all in back helping with whatever is going on back there. This is concerning in my opinion as anyone can walk in there and swipe a package without being seen by staff, although I believe there are cameras around. 3) Packages which have been confirmed delivered in your world will not have been added to the system yet in their world. 4) Staff generally looking confused, lacking in direction, frustrated. The staff employed by these owners currently are all friendly and as helpful as they can be within their inherent abilities but as of yet I haven't had the experience of staff who are able to navigate the chaos of such a store with high proficiency. On the contrary, I would guess that most of the staff at this location are *less* organized than the average person. I'm sure they are working as hard as they can within their God-given organizational abilities, but to fully rock/own the chaos of a store this busy seems too much for most of them to effectively manage. I'm not sure what the solution would be for the owner of this location...perhaps open headcount to individuals diagnosed with autism and/or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder? This seems extreme of course and would bring other challenges... but moving in this direction would be one of my goals were I to own a business such as this. A few ideas I have if these reviews are monitored by said owners/managers: Install a door chime and/or bell on counter so staff out back (or wherever they are hanging out) are notified when a customer arrives. Develop a system of organizing new packages in mailbox area like: large boxes stacked with PO Box # facing out, smaller packages in another location in same fashion. Install a little gate or something so it's not frighteningly easy for anyone to walk in the store and swipe a package. If there is a necessity for ALL store employees to be out back helping with things, increase staff headcount and assign 1 person per shift who is responsive for monitoring front desk (chime/bell idea?) as to quickly address the arrival of new customers so we aren't standing there waiting for 5+ minutes thinking "WTF?" As stated, this location seems to function good enough for those desiring to ship a package but I can't currently recommend for long-term PO Box rental. I've used such services at various locations around the country and would have to say, unfortunately, this facility is the worst of them all. read more

I was dropping off packages with my uncle today which is October 26th around 5:30pm. Ups store manager the bold guy refused me to drop off package. He said "don't bring any more packages otherwise im gonna close the door." I cant understand what he said even they close at 9 also accept other customers but not me even my uncle spends 6000 on ups every single week. read more

The employees here are wonderful!! They're super attentive and kind. I do a lot of Amazon drop offs and it's always so quick and easy with them. Also, the last time I went I didn't package my box well and it was coming apart when I brought it to the store from my car. I told them about it and they immediately came to my aid with scissors and tape and wrapped it up really well for me. Hoshang is the owner and he's fantastic. He's super nice to me, and I always see him working so, so hard. I found out he's the owner of two stores now, and I'm like, "How does he do it?!" Seriously that's impressive!! read more

It's 7:00pm June 06, 2016. I looked up to see which UPS Stores were still open and this location came up. I have an over-sized item boxed up ready to ship. I called to get an estimate so I can have an idea. I am prepared to pay just wanted to know if I was looking at $50, $100, $150, etc. The guy answered and said he can only give me an estimate if I bring the box in. I told him all he has to do is enter the ship to zip code, the dimensions and weight since I have a scale. He said no. I asked if I could speak to a manager. He said the manager was not available, I then asked what's the managers name and he HUNG UP on me. read more

I shipped my stuff from this store and the guy Leo help me. But however someone stole all of my things. I got my package and it was maybe 5 items in my oversized box. I was not told about insurance so I didn't take any out. Now I'm fighting with them to trying and get my money back for my things. I can't believe someone did this filled my box with paper. God sees all things and he take care of his kids. So good people I don't recommend this store at all. read more
